My husband and I worked with Brian on the sale of our Hoboken condo. We'd worked with another attorney when we purchased the home, but preferred to work with someone more local for our sale because we were already living out of state. I found Brian's name via google reviews and reached out via email. Brian called me back the same day and spoke with me at length about the process (this was our first NJ sale). Unfortunately that offer fell through on the buyer's end, but when the next offer came, Brian got us through the attorney review quick and easy. Both Brian and Rosa were excellent at communicating throughout the process and explaining how everything works. When our home finally sold, Rosa was able to wire us the money direct to our bank so we didn't have to wait for a paper check. If you need a real estate attorney, I couldn't recommend Brian and his team more highly.
