My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Brian was a great choice to help walk us through one of the most complicated and stressful things we have ever done. Most of the communication with Brian is through Rosa and she was very prompt with responses over email. They were very great at advocating for our requests with the sellers attorney and worked well with our loan officer.
