We applied for a modification using another attorney who was not successful in having the bank grant us a mod. On the DAY OF MY DEADLINE, his team jumped through hoops to get my court date adjourned and simultaneously submitted a mod packet which was ultimately APPROVED!!! I cannot say enough about the amazing group of people at this office. Ronald Weiss himself is a kind, compassionate human being, as are the rest of his entire staff. This is an option that could keep us in our home indefinitely. I would not trust my legal issues with anyone else.
