I have used Ronald Weiss' office for several matters and found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. After my Dad had passed there was not enough income to support my house or my bills. Mr. Weiss filed a Chapter 7 case to eliminate the debt and to stop the foreclosure sale. Now we are working on an Order to Show Cause to try to dismiss the foreclosure action based on several irregularities. I first had Ronald D. Weiss handle my bankruptcy which went well, in that I got rid of my debt and felt that I was well represented and informed during the Chapter 7 case. Later I temporarily lost my job, fell behind with mortgage payments and made the mistake of trying to negotiate on my own for a loan modification. My efforts were unsuccessful and the lender engaged in tactics that I found very frustrating. This guy says he will do this or that. The result at the end is file bankruptcy. It's a business all about money that's all. Once you pay all the promisses go out the window, reality hits.
