Latitude Subrogation Services made a demand for pa...

Latitude Subrogation Services made a demand for payment to collect on a "judgment" imposed on me by Judge Mark W. Somers of Michigan 19th district court without having been served process in the case and they feel "no obligation" to report my voluntary payments to the Secretary of State while I pursue a legal remedy to this alleged CORRUPTION. They deserve ZERO stars but you have to choose at least one to post your review, here. When confronted with my allegation that their attorney is a "crook," their response was "Well, he does a good job for US." Funny if it were not so serious, their web site claims their "honesty, fairness and integrity." What an absolute crock. They are an agent acting on the behalf of the the Secretary of State, and serve as an example of the State's distain and contempt for the citizens it is charged with "SERVING."

These guys are a scam company, they try to claim that someone i was in a minor accident with was trying to sue me for damages although her vehicle didnt even have a scratch. I called the person i was in an accident with and she stated she never called anyone about it, shes never heard of these guys and the names they gave me of her insurance company was never heard of. Block their number or report them to the police for insurance fraud.

SCAMMERS! Beware any mail you get from them. Sent me a letter for damages and have never been in an accident or in their city. Don't even know who their insured is. Stay away and ignore them.

Left me a voicemail and sent a letter demanding payment for an accident that happened at one of their clients business. Mind you, I had never been to that city where the accident happened. I called them and asked for details about what happened the day of the accident. They couldn't provide anything and said they would call me back once they had more info. It has been over a month. Sounds like a scam to me so please don't give them any info.

I received notice of a claim this summer from Latitude Subrogation Services. I called and emailed several times without reply before speaking with an agent. I ultimately sent a certified letter with proof that my company was not involved in the claim because we did not own the vehicle at time of incident and asked to have the file closed. I subsequently received a letter from an attorney demanding payment and had to start the process over again.

They came when I was not home and somehow had my girlfriend sign my name and now every time someone looks up my drivers license it shows it is suspended but not really. Last time about two years ago when I was pulled over they had no idea until i once again had to explain the information. I told my girlfriend not to drive and she took it when I was not home and wrecked it then forged my signature. I was told by attorneys it would probably be cheaper paying the 8k????

ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE NOTE THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!!!!!!
I got a collection letter from them today in the mail - they are saying I owe my insurance company the $500 deductible that I paid out of my own pocket on my claim. On the most basic level, that doesn't even make sense. My insurance claim was closed a long time ago and my insurance company has no idea who they are. the person that hit me also got a bogus claim letter from them for a different amount a couple months ago. Not sure how they even got my insurance claim #. Anyway.....I'm turning them and the letter over to the Ohio Attorney General's office. If you got a bogus letter, please send it to your state AG office. the BBB won't take action, but your state government will. Clearly from the comments here, this is a running scam.

I literally got into an accident on January 2nd when I semi slammed into me and pushed me across the freeway for about a quarter mile. It s febuary 10th and still no compensation for my troubles. I ve given them the signed documents and they said it was wrong. But they didn t even tell me how to do it the right away. Guess I ll still just sit here and WAIT for a damn car. While I have a baby mind you.

It's a sad day when a hired worker's comp attorney is in business with this scam of a company. Attorney received a hefty settlement check from the third party at fault and states that he just happened to receive a letter from these folks and must withhold in escrow $44,000 as a supposedly lien placed on such for weekly lost wages and medical bills paid to date by worker's comp although the case has not even settled with worker's comp. I see both of these crooks got me totally "f'ed" up. Not today, not ever!!

I was skeptical about this business based on the reviews, but remember- most people don't report normal or excellent transactions. My wife has had nothing but good experiences with LSS. Great customer service too, think her name was Sara.

The first few times I've a made a payment to Latitude they were completely dumbfounded about how and why I wanted a receipt. Since then I have been getting receipts of payments in my email but nothing of that looks completely legit, still not able to get printouts all payments together (balance), that I've been making monthly. Whenever it is I ask her of what outstanding balance is she (Karen Gibson-specialist) seems unsure and takes a few minutes to give any number at all. And as well, the person on the insurance restitution claim (Policy Holder) - in which I've been researching into a few months now, and have found he has multiple aliases. I have voiced my concerns many times that this seems like fraud. I have yet to be told what this policy is on or what property was damaged- though i have asked many times. I am on probation in relation to this claim and whenever I bring these facts to light- to my probation officer she is more than just dismissive- She never has even yet to respond. Just get's quiet or changes the subject. Just seems as seriously abnormal behavior and is possibly a fraudulent claim.
