A great brewery, though in an odd location. A wide selection of all kinds of beers, nearly all made in-house (where you can see the gigantic vats they use to brew everything). Great prices, and a sizable food menu (that I didn't order off of the last time I was there). All the IPAs are fantastic, highly recommend.

The food is delicious, lots of options and a nice kids menu. The beer was okay, and prices were a little higher than I'd like to pay for what it is (still a brewery even if it's a nice one).

Awesome place, great selection of beer (of course!) and the food there is really very good, delicious and fresh. Good place for family dinner or company group outing. It gets really loud though, but if you re ok with that - I would have no doubts visiting.

My go to brewery when I want to sit down and have a nice meal. Great venue and service with good beer to top it off.

I m looking forward to the new Oshtemo location opening. I m sure I ll be a frequent customer there.

Patio is gorgeous. We just stopped in for a quick beer and didn't have the food so I can't speak to that. It felt a little corporate for me. I like my breweries small and unique. This place is clearly doing well. Felt like a chain.

Wonderful selection of beer and wine! Their desserts are fricken huge and delicious. The Tres Leche cake is so good you could bathe in it!!
RYE is the best server we've ever had!! She is so funny and describes their foods in the most mouthwatering and sensual way lol

Great service at the bar. I had the classic Burger, medium, no onion add avocado and it was literally the best Burger I've ever had. My husband had the southwest chicken flat bread which was delicious. The Bavarian pretzels were amazing. Heads up: no liquor and only Latitude 42 beer on tap served

Great food and friendly staff! A go to for lunch meetings when I m in Portage and I haven t been disappointed. They have an option to upgrade chicken to organic which is always nice to have. They have really good pizzas, French dip, fries and very good organic cold teas.

It's loud. when they first opened they had great food. Last time we went the blue crab dip was cold, the chicken dinner tasted like it was freezer burnt. We may be back but it will be a while.

Although there was a waiting list, the service was fast and extremely cordial. The selection of beer they brew is excellent and I recommend trying a sampler to find the one you like. Food was good. The burger I tried had a nice smoky flavor in the meat. Was recommended the truffle fries and will now recommend it too.

Was disappointed yesterday when having dinner. I ve been pleased in the past but last night my food was dismal. I ordered calamari and rock shrimp. It tasted as if it had been reheated not cooked fresh and after I left I realized there were no shrimp.
We were also bothered by dozens and I mean dozens of flies during our whole visit. Staff was aware but stated they weren t sure what to do? Maybe try some fly strips. Would have rated less but my salad was okay.

My husband and I have been going to Latitude 42 since we moved to Kalamazoo almost two years ago. We have only been there for drinks and appetizers until last night, we went for dinner. It was disappointing at best. I ordered a gluten free pizza and my husband ordered seafood pasta. Mine was still doughy in the middle with only about half the pizza covered with toppings. For $14 dollars, I would expect a bit more than that. The seafood pasta was watery (supposed to be a white wine sauce ) with zero flavor and overcooked, dry shrimp. We would have mentioned this to our server. However, he did not check back for over 20 minutes after the food arrive. We will be back for the beer but certainly not the food.

I've tried a few different meals and one of the seasonal brews here and everything has always been great! The atmosphere is great, the servers are friendly, and there are plenty of TVs for those that want to watch. The pricing can be a bit high depending on what you order, but, from what I can tell, it's all great.

The staff were very friendly and were very accommodating to us and were knowledgeable about the different beer selections and mixes of beers. The burger was outstanding and the beer cheese pretzel bites were also very good. Portion sizes were excellent. I wish I lived closer.

When in for anniversary forced to sit in kids section even though they had many more open tables. We really wanted to sit closer to a TV that was playing a basketball game. Asked for a different table and was told no, should have left at that moment. Food was meh. I ordered the blackened shrimp tacos lettuce was brown and they had 1-2 very small non blackened non seasoned shrimp on them. Not a very inviting place will not go back.

Service was great. The food was way over priced and the parts of it that actually had flavor were sub par at best. The beer was mediocre. The only real selling point is the kids area but even One Well has them beat on that. Absolutely we'll not return.

Latitude 42 has great beer, really good food, and an awesome overall dining experience. Its tough to find a place where our kids are entertained enough to make dinner not stressful for the grown ups - the beer garden is the solution to that problem. Both the kids and grown ups have a great time and everyone goes home happy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal out!

The pizza is excellent! Lots of options for everyone including gluten free and vegetarian. The beer selection is really good. I really liked the fact that you get 2 FREE samples before having to order a flight.

Cool modern-atmosphere and layout.

We just moved to town a few weeks ago, and this place was recommended. Super pleased! Not sure who the woman is there (manager, or higher), but between her and the staff, we feel right at home! The beer selection is great for my husband, and the food is so far so phenomenal! We will definitely be frequenting this joint!
