Very very poor customer service. They didnt even reply to emails regarding an enquiry. I called them and they said they are catching up with emails from last week.. 3 weeks later no reply...
I ve used the Easy Order facility with LaserMaster for some custom sized aluminium rings a couple times and the quality and service has been perfect on both occasions.
Really impressed! I had a door strike plate made for an old lock we wanted to fit to our front door, and working off my drawing, they had the plate to me in less than a week, at a very competitive price. I look forward to using them again.
I have used Laser Master twice and couldn't be happier with their service! The quality is excellent and turnaround is really super super fast! Linda from customer service is also lovely. I will definitely come back for more!
they do a goodish job cutting batches of shapes for me out of sheet but their attitude towards me seems to have changed in 2018. I place orders about once a year. The last one cost 50% more than ever before and has forced me to increase prices to my customers. They don't seem bothered and would not explain their price increase when politely asked. As a result I am looking at making stamping dies and doing without them, which will decrease my costs for future batches. They always seem to need chasing when I send them work requests.
I have placed 40+ orders with Laser master over the last 4 years, they are always helpful and the quality of their work is always excellent. My company only consists of me, I can not keep large amount of stock, so the orders I put in to Laser Master can vary from just a few parts to test a new item, to several hundred at a time, they are happy to do small, or larger numbers. With the type of products that I make and sell, even the slightest blemish or fault means the part is more than often, not usable, I am happy to say, they have never given me a reason to complain, and they are able to do this at a very competitive price, not that I will tell them that ;) I have included a few photos of the items that Laser Master have cut for me. their customer service has been absolutely faultless! The product is also exactly what i wanted. i made a big mistake in thinking they gave me something that wasn't in my original order so they sent me some new parts the next day only to find that the original order was actually fine. i told them this and they didn't charge for the new parts sent out even though they had every right to. Proper customer service!
I have used Laser Master several times and have always been impressed with the service and the quality of the parts produced. However, I was particularly impressed with a recent order where there was a bit of a mix up at my end and Stephen (from the sales department I think) helped me quickly identify the problem and resolve it straight away.
Very reasonable price and the job was done to a great standard. Quick turn around time and quick quoting. Will definitely be using again!
Really nice company to deal with. They are polite, friendly and fast to respond. Knowledgeable about their product and on the one occasion they got something wrong for me they re-did it right away and posted out to me. I would throughly recommend!

Really prompt service. Didn't have any CAD drawings but they were happy to turn my pen scrawlings into a clean crisp folded piece of laser cut aluminium.
