their customer service has been absolutely faultless! The product is also exactly what i wanted. i made a big mistake in thinking they gave me something that wasn't in my original order so they sent me some new parts the next day only to find that the original order was actually fine. i told them this and they didn't charge for the new parts sent out even though they had every right to. Proper customer service!
