they do a goodish job cutting batches of shapes for me out of sheet but their attitude towards me seems to have changed in 2018. I place orders about once a year. The last one cost 50% more than ever before and has forced me to increase prices to my customers. They don't seem bothered and would not explain their price increase when politely asked. As a result I am looking at making stamping dies and doing without them, which will decrease my costs for future batches. They always seem to need chasing when I send them work requests.
