Worked with this company for three years now--they were extremely patient and thorough in the printer and program selection process, and the competent technicians are always responsible and willing to assist. Their online ordering was tricky to set up, but fulfills on time and with useful correspondence. My machine has worked flawlessly, thus I cannot speak to repair service--until then I must submit complete satisfaction about my experience with LaserCycle.
