I've been in the IT Field for a while now and haven't always had the best experiences with Printer Vendors. However, this isn't the case with LaserCycle USA. I opened a support ticket, and in under an hour I had a tech onsite. He expeditiously resolved the issue, was very knowledgeable and didn't try to put the issue off on the IT team.
