Nice hotel at a decent price with good service. Staff can be a little pushy when it comes to breakfast, but is a good spot to be central located within Causeway Bay. Went there for a work trip and their business center is lacking but would recommend if looking for a place on holiday.

Excellent rooms, very clean and neat. Only the larger suites have hot tub, while the other rooms are shower only. Beds are very comfortable. Service is excellent and the location is fantastic.

Very good hotel. Quiet place. Close to shopping centre. Efficient service. After meal, I 'd like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat in Happy Valley. Only five minute ride by tram. Very professional and modern. Here I can meet many foreign residents who enjoy Zenxes service too. Super!

Modern, cozy hotel at the walking distance to heart of Causeway bay. Hotel is located in quiet neighborhood of CWB but everything you need is in the walking distance. The service (esp Concierge) and cleanliness is exceptional.

Stayed in the Prestige Suite. The service is patient and really courteous.

I appreciated that I didn't have the bathroom with see through shower area from the room.

Gym was great tho a bit cramped so you can't really do mat exercises. But otherwise, the equipment are well maintained and high end.

The ergonomic pillows are limited in quantity so be sure to make a note that you want them at reservation time if u need one.

The breakfast is delicious with wide enough variety.

Overall I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Everyday returning to the room felt like entering to a different world from the outside.

I have lived in the worst hotel in my life, no one! ! The room was beautiful but the toilet was full of urinary smell, and the staff on the counter with no expression reacted and told me to clean up (the attitude is very skilled and perfunctory). I still haven't dealt with it the next day.
Re-reaction to change the room, the expressionless counter staff answered the full! Just bow your head and do your own business.
What is this boutique hotel? Although I have known before that the quality of the service industry in Hong Kong is very disappointing, this is really the peak.
If it is a cheap hotel, I will recognize it, but 6000 yuan a night should not be this attitude!
The companions felt very exaggerated how they would completely ignore the request to see the supervisor, the other party (continued to faceless expression is actually contemptuous) answer and then respond to the fifth day checkout the hotel completely did not do anything.
After returning to Taiwan, I carefully read the evaluation and found that many people have responded to the toilet smell. I think many of the tenants in this room have responded, but the strange operators are not refurbished? ?

This hotel is definitely not recommended! !
If you want to stay in a room where you have to be mentally prepared, if you have a problem with this toilet line, the hotel will not care for you! Going to the reaction will be used as a guest!

The Lanson Place hotel is an amazing place to stay at for your next trip to Hong Kong. When first walking in you are mesmerized by this calm yet refreshing scent that is filled throughout the entire floor. Their decor is simple yet elegant. The big green marbeled wall reminds me of Jade, a clash between heritage and luxury. The check-in desk is on the 2nd floor, where you will also been able to see the lounge on both sides. The lounge feels very cozy, with a black grand Piano placed on one end with drinks and food accompained next to it. You will find a hidden small bar on the other side of the lounge.

My room was well equpied(because it was a studio) with everything I needed. The bathroom was very clean. It has white marbled floors and an over head shower so the water can cover your entire body. The bed and living room were split between the reversable television. I espcially liked that they had a master control next to the bed and another one by the door. The panel controls all the lights(excluding the bathroom) and the curtains. I was quite surprised by the buttons for the curtain. When they opened, I was able to see a snippet of the beautiful skyline of Hong Kong and when I closed them, they were able to fully keep the room in the mist of darkness even when the sun was up outside. A lot of things suprised me because of how smartly designed they were. They also had a small gym which they had all the basics that you would find in any gym. Also a laundry room next to it. Moreover, I also do love their services that I got to find out later on. For instance, it was raining once when I was heading out but did not have an umbrella on me. And upon walking out, one of the staff kindly handed me and umbrella. They had an unlimited number of umbrellas for their residences. I think these are presumably the little things that I do not account for when looking for a hotel. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. It may not have all the amenities that I was hoping for but it is definitely one that I will remember and highly reccomend anyone interested to try. Thank you so much to the staff of The Lanson Place Hotel!

Nice quiet area, great to relax after whole say of walking and shopping around Causeway. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Room was clean and comfortable, worth the price I paid for. Hotel surprised us with wine to celebrate a special event. Glad we gave Lanson Place a try.

Overall a perfect experience. The hotel is tastefully furnished, from the reception to the room itself. The room is bright and clean. Location of the hotel is excellent, just 5 minutes away from the shopping hub, with lots of restaurants nearby.

It was not a bad hotel at all. The gym was situated at 2nd floor and was well equipped. The lounge on 1st floor was relaxing. You could sip some tea, coffee or orange juice. The rest room was of eye-catching design.

Excellent hotel. Service was very good, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located beside the Indonesia consulate, and up a small street from the Causeway Bay MTR exit F. It's like a 100-150m walk. There are lots of food options nearby round the corners, from cha chang teng to western restaurants.
The suite room was very lovely, a great view of Victoria Park, a comfy couch and nice on-demand movies. Wish the air conditioning could be more controlled.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location of the hotel is at the bottom of Causeway Bay. It is quite convenient to go shopping for shopping! The company itself is very close to the hotel. The hotel is very clean, modern and has a sense of design, the size of the room is just two people, very recommended!

Location is great!!! We would give five stars or more if they did not put us in smoking floor although they upgraded us to nicer room and the bedroom has very little smell but everytime we went out off the room to take elevator to go out we still can smell

I served my quaratine order at this hotel. The staff from reception, housekeeping, concierge and in-room dining service were superb! They were attentive, helpful and patient in making sure I was well taken care of during my 2-weeks quarantine in the hotel room. Preventive measures were also strictly in place so that everyone was safe. My room was spacious and clean with a good view of greenery. WiFi connectivity was good. Thanks Lanson Place!

Lovely place to stay in a good location. Plenty of lively shopping areas in walking distance with lots of restaurants. Rooms are small but we'll appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's great having a little kitchenette which provides more options for snacks in the room than the usual hotel.

With so many so-called 'boutique hotels' popping up across Asia, the word 'boutique' has lost its shine, often being code for 'not of international standards' (especially in SE Asia).

The Lanson Place Hong Kong brought back my faith in the word 'boutique'. Everything about our experience there was first class. The lobby / reception area is on the 1st floor, accessed via elevator only and is set out more like an exclusive and intimate business lounge. There's a grand-piano in the middle of the main area, with lounge seating at tables - all having USB and charge ports for phones and laptops so that guests can sit, read, work etc. One of the things that kept us going back down to the lounge was the library there. There are actually an amazing selection of books in several languages. We spent many hours there just sitting in the great atmosphere after work winding down with a cocktail from the bar (which were great) and reading. There was a good selection of music in the background that was a great fit with the surroundings, at a volume that wasn't intrusive.

You could tell that a lot of thought went into the room planning. Given the space constraints of rooms in Hong Kong in general, the rooms here are amazingly large - and all of them have kitchen facilities (microwave, stove, oven etc), ironing board and lots of storage space for both clothes and 'stuff' in case you're staying there for more than a few days. Bathroom was a decent size for Hong Kong - very clean, good water pressure, good responsive hot / cold water balance and there is even a mini laundromat on the 2nd floor that costs 20HKD a wash. You're encouraged to go down to the 7-11 / shops nearby and fill the minibar yourself which is great - you can choose what actually goes in there.

The TV functions were great - many on demand movies and cable stations for free and it even has an interface with the 'HANDY' phone device that's given to you on check-in.

The HANDY device is a mobile phone, loaded with apps and other information that turned out to be really useful during the stay. The most useful part about the handy device for us was that it had a SIM card that gave you free local and international calls to many countries, as well as being able to be used as a mobile Wifi hotspot when needed around town. We found some great places to eat using the loaded information too - not just 'high end' places were listed. Even hole in the wall noodle shops which turned out to be great.

The service was great - breakfast was a small but good selection of hot and cold food in the main lounge area. It was never crowded and you could also order things off the menu that were included in breakfast (eggs, pancakes etc).

Lanson place is the antithesis of that gaudy hotel lobby'd Hong Kong hotel that has hoards of tourists passing through it. It was classy, elegant, spacious and 'just right' for our business trip this past week. We will definitely be back.

This is a luxury hotel. You can see the employees are professional, if you compare it with the other Hong Kong hotels. My experience staying here is definitely worth the price. And you can enjoy a free flow alcohol in the evening for a fee. I d definitely want to come back to this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a suite with crib for the baby. Mini kitchen was adequate for our needs. Room size was very reasonable and the location is prime for food, shopping and MTR. Comparatively the prices was also very reasonable. Will definitely come back.

A very modern hotel with good service staff. The layout of the hotel is open and warm and the rooms are well-stocked with a heater, air-conditioning, cable TV and some tidbits. Location-wise, it's not exactly at the centre of everything but it's good as it's away from the hustle and bustle of the city and a little quieter.

Quiet place, close to shopping centre, staff are attentive and efficient. Room is in good condition, comfortable bed, with mini kitchen and bar table, strong water pressure in showers. I will definitely recommend Lanson Place Hotel to my friend.

Great location, walking distance from Causeway Bay. The rooms are nice, although understandably small by HK standards. Hotel staff were really helpful, especially during the unrest period. Grateful for their attentiveness.
