This was an excellent hotel for my extended stay, 4 weeks, while settling in and looking for an apartment. The staff was fantastic and the facilities are excellent in that the room was modern, clean and well maintained. The staff was always attentive and helpful in anything I needed.
What a gem in Causeway Bay. It's actually not far from MTR. The corner room felt like a suite. It had a small kitchen which was nice. We got foods from Causeway Bay. Service was 5 stars. We left a toiletries bag and they saved it for us. It was easy to grab a cab too. The only odd thing was that the lobby was on 1st floor as opposed to ground level.

Takes a little more walking distance from the subway station. Overall is good.
The equipment in the room will also feel a little outdated, but the function of sliding the door in the bathroom shower is really good, and the flushing power of the toilet is a bit inadequate. The shortcomings of curtains have the same problem in Taipei. The way of the Roman curtain is to cause light leakage on both sides. When checking out, there is also a suggestion with the counter...
The place is very near to all the main places of Causway Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Entire place was neat and clean. Absolute worth for the money.

CONS
1. Evening cocktails VERY disappointing! Night 1: ice all melted, so prosecco & wines not cold. Both nights: terrible offerings of prosecco, white & red wines --- LOW Quality, and LACKED Variety (most hotel club lounges offer at least 2 of each, up to 4 choices of each type).
2. Breakfast was disappointing for lack of food choices, and insufficient staff to serve guests.
3. Given 1 & 2 above, the "133 Club" upsell package was way too expensive, a BAD VALUE --- your hotel should not offer such package if not seriously committed to deliver.
4. Must have larger bathroom, separate toilet. Current design is UNACCEPTABLE.
5. Need more reception staff to process check-ins & checkouts faster.
6. Need a staircase between Ground and First, to save time going from downstairs Lobby to upstairs Reception & Lounge, rather than wait for 1 of 3 busy elevators!
Everything has been carefully thought for to provide me and my family a comfortable and convenient stay in Hong Kong. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. Well done, Lanson Place. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family members.

Noted ... but it is surely a misunderstanding, on our arrival we waited 30 minutes for our luggage to come to our room.

Exquisite and clean place to stay, good service and thoughtful arrangement. We two couples with their daughters, the waiter gave us a visit to different levels of the room, and then decided whether you need extra beds and upgrades. The waiter waited patiently and finally decided to take the extra bed and get a free upgrade. Breakfast is not lost, the price is slightly more expensive. There are lots of food nearby, so don't worry.
My mom and I stated here for our 14 day mandatory quarantine from the government and we are so happy we ended up finding this place! The staff were very friendly and the concierge was very quick with any requests - water, towels, bringing delivered items up to our rooms, they even helped me move an exercise bike to my room as well as bring it back downstairs! Room was good size, with a desk, sofa, coffee table, as well as the best part - a small kitchenette, fully equipped with a hob and utensils, and a big fridge! Wifi was also fast and reliable too. Highly recommend for anyone visitors looking for a convenient place as well as those looking for a place for a longer-term stay in the Causeway Bay area!
Very nice hotel in Causeway Bay. The rooms were all suites, providing a commanding view of the old surrounding buildings and the iconic sports stadium. Nestled in a quiet area but within short walk to the best shopping district of Hongkong.
The first time I stayed at this hotel, the style was very similar to that of a hotel in Paris. Very worth seeing. The strangest thing is that the hotel's curtains have only one layer of gauze, no blackout curtains, and no doubt, I don't know if all the rooms are of this design.

Very clean hotel with a 24-7 gym. You could go for the non breakfast option as there are so many restaurants to eat around here. The staff is very friendly. One thing I am curious is about room upgrade as they kept saying to my colleagues that they upgrade the room for them till I feel like it may not be true as how capfuls they upgrade room

Good business hotel with helpful staff. The concierge recommended several restaurants during our stay and most were pretty good.
Bathrooms were strange, with clear glass, so you will need to ask them to cover up if you are staying with a colleague or family member of the opposite sex.
Super nice hotel close to Times Square. Staff very nice and kind will try to accomodate all your needs. It offers a shuttle from and to the Central Station and other services.
Average room is very big with a kitchen available.
Breakfast is served on the reception floor and it gives you a nice and quiet moment before going out in the crowded life of Hong Kong.

Stayed at Lanson Place for 5 nights with my wife and daughter at the end of a 3 week Asian vacation and absolutely love this hotel!
Check in was very smooth and we were lucky to meet Melvis Tan (Director of Rooms) at check in who was kind enough to show us to our room and gave us tons of fantastic advice, and always made us feel so welcome. She was also able to direct us to great coffee which was very much appreciated!
Very stylish and well appointed apartment style rooms with plenty of space if you need to spend time in your hotel room. The hotel is immaculately clean with a great gym and laundry right next to each other which was fantastic for us after 2 weeks living out of our suitcases.
We had breakfast in the hotel each morning which was very good. The staff are fantastic, Zoe in particular was super friendly and even remembered how I have my coffee.
The concierge desk is well staffed and the team are very knowledgeable. We often caught cabs which the guys were able to quickly organise for us.
Each room has a portable wifi device that you take with you when you go for a wander around Hong Kong. The location in Causeway Bay was ideal for us with family and friends close by and easy access to the MTR. Plenty of shopping nearby as well as good local food make the Lanson one of the best places to stay in HK for business or leisure

Hotel in the city of Hong Kong near Causeway Bay MTR Station (subway). My room was equipped with a kitchenette (microwave, 2 burner stove and large fridge, so you can even prepare tea or food there). It was equipped with a desk, safe, hairdryer and heating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is international (local hot food, cereal, toast, fruit, baked beans, scrambled eggs, ...). Supermarkets, local market with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as pharmacy are nearby.
Great boutique hotel which is also close to causeway bay. Not many Chinese tourists, recommend for someone likes a quiet stay.

It was a highly satisfying hotel. I stayed for 3 days during Christmas and had a surprise gift on the day of Christmas. I stayed in a room with a kitchen. It looks like a stylish one-room apartment, with dishes, a kitchen and a microwave, so you can buy food at supermarkets and stay there. There is a hotel smartphone in the room and it can also be used as a wifi router. Calls to certain countries are also free. It is within walking distance of Causeway Bay, which is downtown Hong Kong.

A must-have hotel in downtown Hong Kong. The location is very good, there are many Hong Kong-style foods nearby. There is a very authentic tea restaurant on the right hand side. You can have breakfast or eat supper. The service is not bad.
Get a guest room upgrade~ Elegant room and complete equipment, small living room, sofa, and comfortable Sisli bed are also very good to sleep! Handy Phone is convenient for travelers to go out and search for scenic spots and restaurants. It is very practical and stylish. The reception hall is stylish and convenient.
