Had our twins' 6th Kindergarten Birthday here. Found the staff very helpful and attentive. Manager even suggested a way to save money if our list of RSVPs decreased. For a large group like ours where the parents didn't know each other, it was a great opportunity to have the children safely play while we introduced ourselves. I'd read previous reviews and was hesitant, but our event went off successfully. The party began in one area with some bouncy castles & slides then moved to a 2nd room with a bounce obstacle course and a bounce basketball court. Group picture. The even ended with pizza (double sliced at our request) and drinks. Pricey, but if you consider the cost of feeding 22 kids & parents, having 4-5 staff members attending to our group + activities - worth it.

This place is getting worse and worse. Most of my daughter's friends have their parties here, so we can't avoid it. Each time we come, the place gets worse. We were just there this morning, and I noticed dust everywhere, with clumps of them on the slide staircase. Mold was growing on the water cooler, where kids could easily touch. I am not a clean freak, but even this place grossed me out. I have to different pump it up in the past, and they were always clean and tidy. The people who work in this one aren't properly trained. Many times we parents had to direct the kids so they dont get hurt. Avoid having parties here.
