Some many private companies are in here and they manage this very well. As so close to the maradana railway station and Pettah bus station, this is very good location for working here. Sufficient car parking is available and there are two canteen available. one of this is done by Perera & Sons. Everyday garden and other outdoor things are being cleaned by about 20 workers and they keep this place very clear.
