If I could give them -20 stars I would! Ii worked for this company for five years. In the beginning it was great but then the owner decided to go corporate and things started falling apart! If you work for this company they want you to be an and emotionless robot. You were not allowed to express any kind of feelings about anything you can t express how you feel about how things are going they want you to sit there and shut up. For a company that claims it s diversity it really is not all that it s cracked up to be. The turnover in the call center is very high. Wonder why that is??? Nepotism is very rampant. The interpreters they hire, most of them have left. Why because they want them to work for absolutely nothing. Well I guess you get what you pay for because a lot of companies have also left to go to other better interpreter and companies. And believe me there are a lot of other better interpreting companies! That actually care about their employees you see if you care about your employees you ll get more out of them the language services doesn t understand that. So good luck to anyone who wants to work there but I would think twice about it.
