Nearly two weeks after I sold my property in Stafford, I made an extra quarterly payment to the HOA because I didn't turn off my bank account "autopay." Within an hour of my bringing this to the attention of L. Solomey, Landmarc's community manager. I received an acknowledgement from her and a message from Accounts Manager G. Powers I would be reimbursed by check. Very professional, first-rate service!

I recently emailed a landscaping request for my property to Gail Fernett, CEO of Landmarc, and she took care of it promptly and thoroughly, while keeping me informed of the progress. I wish I got this kind of speedy, professional, and friendly service everywhere!

Ryan was very helpful in getting an issue resolved for me regarding parking permits, and he definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved satisfactorily. I really appreciate all the effort he gave and provided. Ryan is definitely the person you want to talk to. Very helpful.

Sorry so far our experience has been terrible, this is my first review ever. We asked for documents and I was told and given the run around. These people manage our property I m hiring them and in no way should they speak to a client in the manner I was spoken to.

I have worked with Landmarc Real Estate for nearly 20 years. As a local real estate agent, I have had no issues in getting HOA docs, getting violations resolved, etc. As a homeowner in a subdivision managed by Landmarc, I am completely satisfied in their management of our community. Great folks to work with:Art, Linda and Katie T.

Poor management. Can't get Art to take care of anything, and he will yell at you over the phone if you ask him to. Gave him a receipt of carpet cleaning (that I did personally), and still had $125 taken out of the security deposit. If you see Landmarc managing a property you are interested in, go elsewhere. Some of these "Good Old Boys" think they can do "business as usual" in Fredericksburg. Best to let your pocketbook do the talking.
