Woodlake Community Association Review

Woodlake is a great place to be and I love how my kids can here and anywhere around it on the path with their friends.

Horribly managed and completely rude group of people.

Went to get my pool passes for the summer season, when I first walk in, First sentence from the receptionist where "they are doing the pool registration at other places" meanwhile she was registering someone else at her desk for the same thing that I was there for.
Then she quickly said " but if you want to wait I can do it"of course I want to wait why would I go somewhere else when I'm already here. 2 minutes later a guy walks in he was also at the wrong place, but what she said to him was "you are at the wrong place but as soon as I'm finished with her I can register you here it's okay " (with a smile on her face)wow! That's all I could have said to myself was wow I'm still trying to figure out why she wrote my name and my friend's name on the keys tags but the lady in front of me she handed her key tags to her without writing anything on hers.The mentallity of some people is just ridiculous.. rude, rude, rude, and judgmental is all that I can say,how sad...

Hard to believe we moved here 17 years ago. We love it here. Even though the kids have grown and left us, we're staying!

I sent an email to the general manager mentioning my concerns about children in the gym. There were very young children working out unattended. It seemed dangerous. Then coincidentally 2 weeks later receive a letter mentioning how adults on our membership will be booted off account. We ve been members of woodlake for 30 years and have all worked there and worked out there. Very disappointed. Juli Reddington should be treating everyone fairly

My husband and I are considering purchasing a home in this community so we decided to stop by their office to ask a few questions about the area and amenities. I didn't call ahead and did not expect to be greeted by such a warm & lovely staff. They answered all of our questions and even made some suggestions about schools and neighborhoods in Chesterfield County. They weren't trying to impress us, they seemed genuine and were very helpful.

I think Amber cares about Woodlake and it's residents!

This place has no regards for the community. It is ALL about money. No faith in the owners. Not everyone who lives here has two Lexus' in their driveway. Go figure.

Why can't you fish here anymore...it use too be as long as you didn't leave a mess you could fish

It's been a great place to raise my children who grew up here! Love my neighborhood as well as all the fun events this community has to offer!!

I moved back to Woodlake after living in another state for several years. I only moved back for Woodlake .
I love the walking trails and the lake but rarely have time to use them anymore , the Management has become so petty about small things while neighbors houses are falling apart. The whole issues with being a single person forced to join the pool was a bad blow. Sad this place has gone downhill and forcing middle income people like me out . Makes me very sad as I had planned on this being my forever home :(

Great neighborhood to raise my family. Love my neighbors and the schools. Happy to call it home.
