Gave him a receipt of carpet cleaning (that I did personally), and still had $125 taken out of the security deposit. If you see Landmarc managing a property you are interested in, go elsewhere. Some of these "Good Old Boys" think they can do "business as usual" in Fredericksburg. Best to let your pocketbook do the talking.
