If only I had looked at the review earlier. With this you have canceled the policy for legal expenses insurance. Worthless advice by phone, quote that would have been sent but never received. Having a service "on Demand" but not offering it and threatening to cancel! No permanent contacts, but a different one each time, so you can endlessly tell or email the story again. Not recommended!!
Three years ago a legal expenses insurance with Lancyr. After a waiting period of 2 years for the module work and income effectively covered for 1 year. Last month, a premium increase of no less than 58% was suddenly announced. The reason was that the collective discount from Lancyr at the underlying insurer (Nationale Nederlanden) has not been extended and these costs must be passed on. Lancyr is therefore an extra layer above the insurers and therefore provides little added value. In fact; with Lancyr you run a high risk of a sharp rise in costs after taking out insurance. Not amuzed! The following insurance is directly with the insurer!
It is just ridiculous if you think you have legal assistance insurance for mediation in the form of obtaining a mediator. About that you are being wronged and that your child is allowed to see more without valid reason. You must have been married first to be entitled to it. Really ridiculous! Pay big but don't deliver, just feel fobbed off and abandoned ...

After several calls and emails they past my case to DAS.
I had a lawyer that avoid to talk to me on the phone, was missing for 3 weeks and no one informed me. He was replying only by email after 1-3 days and always on the half of my question, giving me the feeling that he never read my entire cases. I requested assistance to lancyr, they told me that it is nothing they can do and if I am not happy with the lawyer I got to hire another one, but that not will not be covered by them.
If you want to risk this and not having any solution to your case, choose them!
