After several calls and emails they past my case to DAS.
I had a lawyer that avoid to talk to me on the phone, was missing for 3 weeks and no one informed me. He was replying only by email after 1-3 days and always on the half of my question, giving me the feeling that he never read my entire cases. I requested assistance to lancyr, they told me that it is nothing they can do and if I am not happy with the lawyer I got to hire another one, but that not will not be covered by them.
If you want to risk this and not having any solution to your case, choose them!
