Initially had a awful claims handler who was difficult to communicate and deal with. he used all the legal jargon and lost me completely at times. Then was generally not a nice person to have to communicate with.
since then Rachel and John Konczak have been dealing with my case and what a difference. much better understanding of what happening and they were clear and patient with me. just goes to show that its the PEOPLE in your organization that make the difference between a good reputation and a bad one.
