Bad food. Average service. Nothing was good in buffet. From services standpoint except at the welcome time...there was nothing that I could appreciate...old property...rooms were also old...won't recommend

Good hotel for Goa, one of the best. A bit shabby, some where the plaster falls off. (Outside). The furniture is old but solid. Ravens and sparrows of the locals got pissed off. Now they have team building, then a wedding, then a party. True to 11.00. The grounds are pretty, but not wow. Nutrition more less. No frills.
Think not just twice but a thousand times before booking this place. It's probably got the worst hospitality one could experience in this entire world. The staff is inexperienced and doesn't take a single opportunity to let you down. I had ordered for room service, which took over 2 hours to get served. Firstly i received an entirely wrong order which must have got mixed up because the staff have zero knowledge. Post that, when asked for the right order, they stopped responding completely. Add to it, the staff kept lying for over an hour that the food is on the way. Where were they getting it from, north goa?
In addition when called them to get the status, they stopped picking up the phone entirely.
Save yourself some bucks and get an oyo instead. It will definitely have a better service.

A beautiful and huge property near the sea. Overall enjoyed the extraordinary experience. The rooms are spacious with tub bath in every room. Beautiful wooden furniture. As it is 62 kms away from Dabolim airport got to see new landscape of goa,which is again beautiful. Loved the Dolphin boat ride and could explore butterfly beach. Overall the service is good. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The pool is huge and enjoyable.Would like to visit again.

Good things:
1)Great campus. Very large with a lot of facilities (Pools, Golf course, beach, activity centre, restraunts)
2)Timely and efficient housekeeping
Bad things:
1) Average buffet
2) Architecture was pretty poorly designed and/or old considering the location. Every time it rained(2+ times a day), the corridors got covered in water from the leaky roofs sometimes inches high. The water was usually taken care of within an hour(good job housekeeping), but until it was, and for the time it took to dry, we had an unwanted ice skating rink outside the rooms. Also, the fact that our rooms were in the main building ( with the reception), should be noted.
3) The guest service was average. On one occasion, a request for empty glasses took over an hour to be delivered.
Further, one of us had forgotten their slippers in the breakfast hall one morning. Said person realised so almost right after leaving the hall, and contacted the concerned authorities immediately to notify them and retrieve the shoes. When the final reply came, they stated that they had thoroughly searched through the entire hall, and did not find any slippers. They assured us that the slippers we not there.
The next morning, we sat at the same table. Guess what we found under the table? Yup, it was the same slippers that we had left behind, the very same ones that the hotel could not find after "thoroughly searching through the hall".

Hotel staff is too busy with an ongoing wedding at the hotel, that they forgot to attend to the other guests. I was even told at one instance that the hotel staff is busy because there are too many requests to attend to.
The General Manager is a big man, too busy to abide by the meeting time given by him.
Not even a day completed with them, and the experience has been unpleasant.
2 more days to go, in misery or in peace...one doesn't know.

It's like a detox. If you in Lalit. You don't need to go anywhere else. The resort is equipped with everything you need. The best property to stay in Goa.

Good, but not a 5-star place. The entire property is huge, spread over 85 acres. This was a problem because it took 5-10 minutes just to walk from the lobby to our room, and room service was slow due to this as well. The staff themselves however are quite prompt and helpful and otherwise the service was quite good. Our room was quite large and very spacious, with a large balcony, and a bath tub in the bathroom. However, there were a few small issues, such as the lack of shampoo in the bathroom (room service got it when we asked then for it though). Other let downs were the fact that bike rentals there costed 250 per bike per hour, and biking was allowed only inside the property. The beach was quite good, and the water was relatively gentle. It's empty during the day which is great but gets really crowded during the evenings during sunset, which is absolutely stunning. The beach shack owned by the hotel however, was rather disappointing. The breakfast too in the main restaurant was below average. We didn't have any other meals in the hotel itself. There were lots and lots of little kids so this place would be quite well suited for families.

Loved the Experience and the staff was very courteous and caring...we had food at room quite a few time which varies was super yum & kids loved it...beach shack was also good but the sitting there was not comfortable with those chairs! All and all I had a great vacation and superb time at this place highly recommended...

Wow! One of the best places to go in Goa. The resort is awesome and also, taxis are available right outside the resort. The resort is situated in a peaceful place. Really enjoyed it.
This is a great resort to stay in south goa with lot of activities available inside the resort, Pool being the main attraction. Corta has nice ambience and great food choices, best way to spend your evening watching waves and relaxing.

We took a pool facing room on the ground floor..the room was super beautiful and the pool was even better..
The property has a private beach with its own shack on it which provides the needed privacy if you are with your partner..

Awesome hotel... close to nature
The room was big and the balcony was amazing, facing the sea. The whole "park" was so green and well maintained. the pool was never too crowded and really pretty. staff was helpful and nice. Everything was clean and the breakfast offered a lot of different choices. The beach was right when you crossed the park and it was calm and clean.
The best place to stay in South Goa ! The property is gorgeous and the staff extremely polite and kind ! The food is also awesome here. Totally fell in love with this resort
