Good hotel for Goa, one of the best. A bit shabby, some where the plaster falls off. (Outside). The furniture is old but solid. Ravens and sparrows of the locals got pissed off. Now they have team building, then a wedding, then a party. True to 11.00. The grounds are pretty, but not wow. Nutrition more less. No frills.
