Think not just twice but a thousand times before booking this place. It's probably got the worst hospitality one could experience in this entire world. The staff is inexperienced and doesn't take a single opportunity to let you down. I had ordered for room service, which took over 2 hours to get served. Firstly i received an entirely wrong order which must have got mixed up because the staff have zero knowledge. Post that, when asked for the right order, they stopped responding completely. Add to it, the staff kept lying for over an hour that the food is on the way. Where were they getting it from, north goa?
In addition when called them to get the status, they stopped picking up the phone entirely.
Save yourself some bucks and get an oyo instead. It will definitely have a better service.
