Good things:

1)Great campus. Very large with a lot of facilities (Pools, Golf course, beach, activity centre, restraunts)
2)Timely and efficient housekeeping
Bad things:
1) Average buffet
2) Architecture was pretty poorly designed and/or old considering the location. Every time it rained(2+ times a day), the corridors got covered in water from the leaky roofs sometimes inches high. The water was usually taken care of within an hour(good job housekeeping), but until it was, and for the time it took to dry, we had an unwanted ice skating rink outside the rooms. Also, the fact that our rooms were in the main building ( with the reception), should be noted.
3) The guest service was average. On one occasion, a request for empty glasses took over an hour to be delivered.
Further, one of us had forgotten their slippers in the breakfast hall one morning. Said person realised so almost right after leaving the hall, and contacted the concerned authorities immediately to notify them and retrieve the shoes. When the final reply came, they stated that they had thoroughly searched through the entire hall, and did not find any slippers. They assured us that the slippers we not there.
The next morning, we sat at the same table. Guess what we found under the table? Yup, it was the same slippers that we had left behind, the very same ones that the hotel could not find after "thoroughly searching through the hall".
