Had a great stay at Lalit.. A few things that can be made better is the kids zone..you should have more activities charge free..the room service and the responsiveness can be improved.. They are doing well it can be made better...
The maintenance of the pool should be looked at. Found it to be dirty (kids potty)... Overall great experience.. You definitely have a great staff here.. Thank you.

Very good services. But ceilings in varandah in CASA leak.poor maintenance especially in monsoons.
The stay itself was good at the lux villa. But food is average. Breakfast option were limited compared to the hotel of this class.
The hotel is better to spend a weekend and chill. Its is always been a great experience and always been superb. The rooms are amazing. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is amazing and the buffet system is amazing. Having Beautiful Seaview, being in the hotel feels fresh and delightful, ossum garden, having a best swimming pool area for guest. Excellent service too. It's a best hotel in goa you'll ever experience.
It is a great place to relax. The resort is vast, accommodates a golf course which makes it greener. You get access to a private beach and a beautiful pool. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. Rooms are big, with pretty high ceilings and are well maintained. You have great eating options within the resort at reasonable costs. We particularly liked the one by the beach. I traveled with my family who unanimously want to return
Probably the first 5 star property if you are travelling up north from Karwar side. This is very close to the palolem beach. Amazing property with a private beach and Portuguese styled architecture and rooms.

Good property, with great surroundings and large rooms. Close to the beach, though a little far from the airport ( around 90 minutes drive from the airport). Food is good. Staff is courteous and efficient.
Very nice and clean. The only thing was that I booked the Luxury Suite at Christmas and the music was so loud my windows started vibrating.
This was going on till 24:00 even though the guys at the reception told me it would be over by 23:00.

Another example of evil corporate hidden behind the farce of a star resort. Be responsible for the garbage your hotel produces instead of burning it in the midst of Goa's pristine forests.
Nice resort but quite far from the airport i.e around 1.30 mins . Quite far in South Goa. If you are in this resort then u cant do anything else just enjoy the sea and resort.
Sober and gives you a feel of old palace. Beautifully done rooms, private beach . Good stay courteous staffs . Recommend.

Hi have been to this place for one day in Goa. I am giving two stars because of beautiful location and good beach. Rest all is far from a 5 star hotel. So casual attitude which you would not find in a 3 star hotel also nowadays. The list of goof ups is so long that I can't write here and not work the time and effort it will take. Anyways how it will change for good. Best of luck to you if you are planning to visit this place. You may be treated at whims and fencies is the staff over there. Regards
Huge property with everything you need.but cleanliness is way below 5 star lvl even below 4 star lvl ,buffet food menu is repeated and fewer dishes and staff is not organised .well overall lalit needs to pull up there H R department to get 5 stars .

Very nice big property. Rooms are very big and makes u feel maharaja. Property is big enough so u need not to go outside. Have a private beach with adventure activities. Room service was not good. One of the days , hot water was not available. Food quality was average

Huge property, well maintained. Big rooms. Lot of things to do for the kids. Almost private beach walking distance from rooms. Shack/restaurant on the beach is a little expensive, but it's a five star property. Beach is super clean. There's also private shacks on the beach that offer beer and food at much lower cost.
Good food. Breakfast spread was great and offered something for everyone, from south indian to continental. Service was a little slow but considering their size it's understandable.
Being at the southern most tip, there's not much to do outside the property. You've got to drive some ways if you want to eat out or try local fares. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
