Huge property. But way too overcrowded for my personal liking. Had been there for an official event with 30 odd colleagues. The Check In process took way too long. There was no coordination between the Reservation Desk and Check In counter. No personal service and care as expected from a Star Resort was given. There was a wedding party during the same weekend as our stay and it appeared that the entire attention was directed towards the same, this ignoring rests of the guests. Food wasn't great as well. The Check out process was also long winded. We were not given a copy of the bill on the same day on the pretext that it was a Sunday and Finance Department was closed. Horrible experience overall. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
