Great place for having electronic appliances serviced and repaired. Printers, computers, laptops, etc and other IT products can be brought here for repairing or servicing. The service of this place is very efficient. The quality of work done is great and lasting. They also offer warranty on their repairs which is a thing that is very uncommon from even service centres. Definitely check out this place.

All my computer related gadgets are bought from here..my Desktop, laptop, printer, antivirus everything comes from Lalani..I like this place very much.

What a shameless behavior of technical staff. Bought a usb headset from lalani and waited so long for the testing, when asked the technician to please check and let me know that mic is working properly or not, then he started shouting with no manners and rudeness attitude.

As a professional I suggest everyone better use any other store or online shopping for any product instead of referring lalani. Such a disrespectful and shameful place for the costumers.

This etech mall is very good and supportive. The demonstrators of this shop are very helpful.

Worst behaviour and they denied to provide service of my boat earphone and told this model(Rockerz 255) only support online service.

Basically they don't do any service, if any product is defective within the warranty period they just exchange it with a new one otherwise no repairing job. I went to this place and the person whom I spoke to was very rude, I was speaking to him and he just left his seat as if there is nobody infront of him, I looked for him for few moments thinking he might come back but he didn't return so I left the place dissatisfied.

Very bad experience dont buy from here they say that make insurance and after that 1yr old laptop my mother board got corrupted very bad experience.

Me, my friend and his aunt went there some months ago for her mobile servicing...there she got that at a reasonable price and the mobile is working properly still now..

Bought a laptop (30june20)which was (out of warranty) period and the laptop was in their stock for about 2years. That they have cheated. and within a month i am facing severe problems. Battery is draining out completely within 30mins.... I went to the shop(18th of July) after using for about 20days.. They did not co operate with me..yes they are not willing to speak anything regarding this.... And the most important thing as I'm eligible for replacement any parts of my laptop... requesting everyone please don't ever buy anything from this shop.. I even can't explain such harassment I'm facing off.... Pls Pls don't buy anything....

Situated in Ganesh Chandra Avenue in Kolkata, has a variety of electronic appliances of various brands ranging from cameras, laptop, PC,printers, mobiles,tablets,etc. Very reliable and efficient. They also provide good service on the products they sell.

Worst service provided by the company. I went to their service center for my laptop motherboard repair. Initially they charged me 4500 rupees by stating its a graphics problem. After three weak they returned it and within use of few weeks I found the same problem. They promised to change and will implant a new graphics card in my motherboard. But they have done nothing and I found the problem persists. Again I had to go to their service center at chadni chalk, and this time they suggested to change the motherboard. They charged 11500 rupees and again took three weeks for the service. Within 2 days I have found the same issue returned back. Its evident that they have done no servicing and looted 11500 rupees from me. Also I had to visit at least 5 times times to their service center in between. A total harassment and all the amount gone in vein. Really the service center has no expertise and only for cheating people. Also whenever I tried to call them and asked to pass the line to manager, some operator picked the call and reluctant and asked irrelevant questions. I had to go to 5 times as in person to state my problem. But after so much waste of time and money none of my single problem is addressed.
Request all to do a background check before taking any service. Thanks.

Place was not good....I went to claim a warranty on my boat earphones.
They said me to come afterwards on the time what they say.

This is a 3 storey building which is quite famous for computer peripherals and electronic gadgets.

However, they do business in only a few brands so don't expect to go and have a great experience choosing from an array of devices. They also do not keep many models of any said device of the same brand which gives the customers a very narrow choice.

I had to buy a speaker, a 5.1 surround speaker to be precise. All they could offer me were 2.1 speakers from 2 brands and 4.1 from only two brands. Even then the products were over priced. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have no choice at all.

The chandni market is nearby so you'll get many shops to chose from.

Very bad experience. They took 2 weeks to change a single usb port. After charging a high amount (600 INR, although I had a warranty card aka Gold card) the personal had shown me the usb port is working by using a pendrive. When I get back to home and tried with a mouse I found the same problem which I came across before. The most dissapointing part is when I called them they behaved very rudely. This is just ridiculous!!

Everything at reasonable price and original conditions!! I brought a HDD for Rs.3100. Its MRP was Rs. 5520.. Not that it was a fake product!! Its fine from the last six years!! Best shop!!

Few days back i went to this place to buy a loptop.there the salesman who actually described me the loptop which i about to buy so nicely that i was pleased and also mentioned that they will give me some gift and also give me a surprised gift which will be totally free from that salesman's end.after that before handover me the laptop i payed the full amount coz they told to pay the full money and after that they will give me the actual bill.after taking the bill i left the shop.and then something came to my mind and i went to few different shops to check the price of the laptop which i took with the model number. then i was shocked that there was a reasonable price difference.They charged me with reasonable extra amount and they charged me for the surprised gift which was free of cost which was a mts modem.That salesman told me to take that modem with the laptop but i denied coz i have already that.That salesman actually misguided me. i am telling this coz last year december one of my friend went there to buy a laptop they also told him to take that modem as because he was taking the laptop. he buy that coz he didn't have modem .but now i checked the bill of my friend's laptop there i saw that the same amount of that modem was added to my bill also.That salesman was totally lie to me.i told him that after getting the actual bill i will pay the full amount and then he told me that sir we r installing windows so now u can the full amount.and after that i paid the amount.earlier lalani infotech limited known for their honesty and now they became tired to carry this and that's why they started to misguide the customer. And i request to all the customer who are about to visit this shop they should never pay the money before getting the computer generated bill.

They charge you 1.5% extra for card transaction and even they don't mention it in d bill. These people are worst at customer service. I recommend not to go as you can save just 20-30INR more. Avoid Lalani Infotech for sure.

I bought a Acer aspire v 15 laptop worth net of 46000 , the system is too slow from the very beginning ,they have given me a faulty product I guess

Very poor service, They are cheaters. They market the worst quality products. Sometimes they do not sell original products too (Many of my friends got cheated). This shop should be banned. Once The product got damaged they do not bother to reply emails. Very bad shop. Never buy anything from here.

Complete fraud! I got the RAM of my Laptop replaced by them. They refused to give me the original RAM purchase bill and said it is not part of the company policy. Within 2 weeks, there were system performance issues with the RAM. When I visited the store with this issue, they said they are not liable for this whereas minimum warranty for a new RAM is 5years!

This place sucks . They don't care about customer service . Behaviour is very rude . They make you feel they are doing us favour by giving us the service .
Boat company should look into this matter.

My laptop were working very slow and had a keypad issue resolve in 15 minute, found last service experience in city.....

It's a go to place in the midst of Chandni Chawk where you can avail almost all kinds of stuff under one roof. Being an ISO-9001 certified shop it ticks all boxes of maintaining it's standard in quality.

Its a nice place...its a head office of lalani infotech group...boat service center also...

I went to fix my laptop,he without even looking inside told me he can't fix the problem as parts are not available.But believe me I went to another store very popular MD Computers there they fixed that.

They are so lazy, and they did not response any thing to the customer.
