I went to there store to check what was the prices of the products that I need.! First of all I asked for i5 4460 and they gave me the information of i5 4440..!! What's the #% & I said I need i5 4460..! They said both are at same price...!! Now my head went blank. Still I was standing in there.. After telling what I need they don't even have the details of most of the products when others did. I was kept waiting and waiting. No doubt they will talk to you very nicely if you are a customer already and bought some products from it. I left the shop and headed towards my favourite MD Computers.

I gave my laptop for servicing. Now after I received , WiFi isn't working. I wanted to go against their fraudulent but felt reluctant . Their servicing department is fishy I am telling you. They disassemble good parts with cheap Chinese parts .I think something they hv done with my WiFi driver or exchanged, who knows. Disgusting. And they take 900 just to install a pirated windows 8. Staffs hv never heard something about customer friendly. Not recommended at all.

If you are well versed about the details of how laptops work then and only then buy from here. They dont communicate clearly and later the customer faces all kinds of trouble. After buying laptop they did not partition the disk during configuration . When enquired they were telling to buy 32 gb pendrive and extra charges will be levied. How often does one keep 32 gb pendrives? Moreoever they shud tell these things while showing laptops not after the bill is settled. Infact partitioning doesnt even require 32 gb drives. In addition to that they didnt even install key apps which are necessary. Anyways. Lots of variety of products available one can choose from.

I am a regular customer of this shop. But recently my experience is bitter. They are not at all co-operative and always suggest inferior quality of product. I always kept a spare set of key board and mouse. I purchased one in middle of July, 2018. The set is not working at all. They never check the product before selling it to the customers.

Today I went to the shop with the product. They don't even bother to check the product and directed me to visit the service center. The most of the sales person are busy with mobile phone continuously and gossiping between them. None is there to support a customer.

This is the last time I stepped in this shop.

Make me cheer by repair my lucky handset hats off.......
