Worst experience... Went to ask for a estimate of building a Desktop, after handing over the specifications list, the lady said will whatsapp me with the quote as knowing the prices will take time, the store was empty and I was ready to wait but still I was assured that I will get the list on my whatsapp number. After 5 days I.e yesterday 23rd march I once again visited the shop and the same lady was there and when asked about the list, she said I will send you the list by today evening. It's more than 24hrs but no update. I will suggest, instead of spending so much on advertisement, keep some good employees who will help customers.

The engineers aren't skilled. My keyboard problem came again and again, 4 times within few weeks.
Ultimately I had to give up on them and go to the service center.
Very unimpressed by their service. Poor in communication of problems..

Bad, arrogant behaviour from salesperson. Even n some products you will find unnecessary high price. I had bought 2 assembled pc's. I found little problems with accessories like scroll of mouse is stuck. Monitor HDMI Jack is loose. New creative speaker got problem even within 2-3 months since I had bought. After 2 years when I got repaired they damaged the Intel Mother board, so that I buy another one from them. Even the service engineer trying to sell some useless scrap motherboards.If u ask for any genuine brand they will say that is not available or charge much more than actual. So, I bought ASUS Motherboard from other shop and assembled. Recently I had to repair my another desktop.I got my machine after 7 days when I knock them up. When I ask to install Frontech SMPS , as always thats not available. They sell their own homemade Consistent smps. Not only this the 7 days they delayed, they copied movies, opened my personal documents. After one month I again found my pc is dead, the problem is the PSU. When I hadn"t found the SMPS service center in the mentioned address I reached the Lalani Store, the service staff took the smps and said that the service center got changed, he doesn`t know the new address, so he will replace it. They took 7 days to replace only a smps. I found the seal of new smps is broken , even the service attendent didn`t want to show the display connecting smps. When I brought that home , installed, and found again machine is not starting. Again when I went there they dont provide the service center`s new address, replaced the smps with new one, which i also found dead and scrap. Finally I gave up losing time and Rs. 531/-.
So, I recommend not to buy the scraps they sold in higher price using their brand.

Good service. Prefer buying HP products from this outlet. Good guidance and decent pricing. They might charge 100/200 more compared to others while selling laptop but they will not create any hassles in the experience. Highly Recommended. Have tried for 03 years.

I have purchased many products from this store. Even I personally know few sales person who suggested and supported my for some products. But recently I have faced one issue and decided not to visit this store again. I went to purchase surface pro and everything fixed and given the advance so that I can get the product on that very day. But when I went back to withdraw cash they called and told me that the product will not be available. So I asked them to adjust the money for some other purchase in future. But now I received a msg from them that if I won't take the product now then the amount will be non refundable. Thanks to Prabha who help me with this whole deal and also benefited the will advance money.

The worst service provider for boat headphones... Took the earphone, scratched on a smal gluey thing that was in it and then says it was a physical damage... The wire was perfectly alright and had nothing to do with physical damage... He knows nothing about technology..

In one word arrogant. Exactly the stuffs are same. I went for buying a laptop. Firstly they tell u the price much more than actual. Then u have to negotiate a lot. well if they come to an agreement and when u finally buy the product and go to payment they surprisingly charged u 500-1000 rs more with some silly excuses which never mentioned before. If u deny they just ignore you and start some argument. Even they do some insulting talks.
You never like this when you are excited to buy a new laptop.
Specifically its very disappointing their sales head in laptop department that guy too don't know how to behave with new customers. When I asked him for help he roughly told me ' go from here.do whatever u can.I dont care.' etc .
I request the head of this brand kindly teach ur boys to help people instead of insulting them. Even I thought to go to consumer forum for their this cheating policies and harassing customers.
