Complete fraud! I got the RAM of my Laptop replace...

Complete fraud! I got the RAM of my Laptop replaced by them. They refused to give me the original RAM purchase bill and said it is not part of the company policy. Within 2 weeks, there were system performance issues with the RAM. When I visited the store with this issue, they said they are not liable for this whereas minimum warranty for a new RAM is 5years!
