Very bad experience. They took 2 weeks to change a single usb port. After charging a high amount (600 INR, although I had a warranty card aka Gold card) the personal had shown me the usb port is working by using a pendrive. When I get back to home and tried with a mouse I found the same problem which I came across before. The most dissapointing part is when I called them they behaved very rudely. This is just ridiculous!!
