This company invited me to bid on a project. Then declined my proposal. Only to call me in a pinch and ask me to do roof work 24 hours before a storm. So I comply with their last minute wishes and do the work. They gave me zero requests as far as paperwork and insurance goes due to the dire timing. Work was completed the next day as promised. Without issues etc.
We are fast approaching the 60 day mark and I still have not been paid. Continued red tape and extra homework is given to me every time I ask about getting paid. They keep saying I m non compliant. However no legal documents were given to me before the job was started. I bailed them out when they were in a pinch and they thank me not paying me. And hiding behind corporate jargon. Completely unprofessional and somewhat trying to bully the smaller company.
