I did not even travel to the resort yet, but I wanted to say 'thank you so much'.
I traveled to the resort last year and had great time with my children. With the great memory and experience, I invited my parents and brother's family this weekend. However, the plan was almost cancelled. My mother had an accident yesterday and she has been hospitalized over 24 hours. Due to the emergency situation, I contacted your resort and Expedia (I made three reservations via yours and Expedia) for a possible date change. I knew it was against the policy, but you guys were very friendly and helpful; you offered to change the date without any charge.
Thank you for being cooperative, kind, and nice. Fortunately, my mother is now being discharged and she actually wants to travel. We are traveling as we planned. We are very excited to travel as planned and we are more excited just because we now know how good your place/service is.
