This place unprofessional all they offer is overtime, no other good benifits. They show favoritism to people. They will try to fire you if u call off even if it's a emergency.no direct deposit. Women treated better cause they can be late call off and keep there job but if a man do the same they fired. No paid vacation. They don't respect good workers.
When you quit or get fired they hold your last check until you return uniforms that you paid for without refunding any of the money back to you then they wash and resell the uniforms and then your pay is docked down to minimum wage or missing money . Nepotism big-time at this company . Any and every other Security company around pays better with less headaches .
Very unprofessional work environment, supervisors are spiteful and have nasty attitudes. They do not train you at all. I got hired for $11 hr & found out everyone else was making $13. Still not worth your time especially the first few weeks when they take out taxes and your uniform you barely get anything
Terrible guards at grand Blanc, Larry is the only respectable one. Ron is constantly caught looking over stall doors, as well as into the cracks while students are using the restrooms.
Went in asked about employment filled out some paperwork was told I would be getting a call first thing in the morning if I was hired less than an hour later I got the call
I see most the reviews are from former employees, which is kinda weird - isn t that what Glass Door is for? My review is for the service they provide. I used them at a previous employer and liked them so much, I m using them at my new employer. Called Chris at 3:00PM today and he fulfilled my request for a guard by tomorrow morning. Just called him now (8:30PM) to add one more guard and guess what? He s working on it - trying to get me a guard for tomorrow. All guards I ve met have been happy and seem to love their job. Thank you Lagarda for making it always happen for me! And this time, thank you for helping me during an emergency!!
I wouldn t advise anyone under any circumstances to work for this company because the security industry has much more and better to often for anyone with little to no experience that includes better pay and benefits so you can provide for your family.

Just started a job here and they're very kind and they're friendly and they're very qualified people to come and secure your buildings your companies you can count on them they're very good at what they do
Lagarda Security is horrible! I work at the Courtland Center in Burton, MI. Largarda s primary mission is safety and security yet their staff have been unable to open the employee doors at the assigned time. Myself and others employees wait outside for the doors to get unlocked. We have waited 10 minutes and up to 40 minutes in the past. We are not safe and secure when we cannot get in the building. Lagarda fails miserably.
Very professional company that clearly cares about their clients. They will go above and beyond.
