Awesome dedicated & professional staff, definitely there for the customer! I have never felt more welcome, and appreciated in all my years of buying a car. Art P. did a phenomenal job in obtaining a loan for me which allowed me to buy my lease. I will definitely be a return customer!!! I will also tell my friends and relatives!!!

Three years ago we purchased a Ford Fusion Hybrid from Kunes Delavan. Great car, literally the best car I have ever owned. We also purchased a 3 yr extended warranty. Two weeks after the warranty ran out the display info screen went blank. I contacted Kunes and they said they would NOT fix the screen. As a note of importance, we never used the extended warranty that cost about $2000. Not once. So, Kunes thought it would be great customer service to deny us a repair/extension of 2 weeks even though they had our $2000 for extended warranty that we never used. I fixed it for $70 myself.

I took my truck in month ago was was told x numbers they would give for the trade. When I went back to enquirer about the trade they only offered my of half of the original offer. If you deal with them only if they put in writing. I will order my new truck from another company.

We had the pleasure of working with Mike Rossi to get us into a truck. He spent a lot of time and got us the deal we wanted on a F150 on their lot. Being a young couple, working with car salesman is usually a negative experience, but Mike was kind, personable, and went the extra mile to get what we were wanting. Nico was such a big help on helping me find a new car! He while we were waiting for paperwork he had topics to talk about and was always ready to answer my questions or find the answers out! The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic.

Best Experience I've had at a car dealership compared to other dealerships I went to. Amazing variety of new and used cars. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and treated kindly by everyone. They make it their goal to give you the best experience and not be pushy when it comes to picking out/selling cars unlike other dealerships who push you to buy a car.
Special thanks to Nico spent multiple days and personal time to help me pick out the perfect car for my first time Auto Loan purchase. He was very kind towards me and looked out for me when it came to finding a car that would suit my financial needs. We landed on a 2010 Cadillac DTS Premium Collection with only 54,000 miles and complete package. It was just put out on the lot during my second visit, Nico and I both knew that it was the one after the test drive. It is in perfect condition, zero rust, no issues, amazing power and still has the Cadillac ride like you're driving on clouds.
And a special thanks to Jason, who went out of his way and using personal time to find the best bank to set me up with an auto loan that had very low interest, and great monthly payments. Even going as far to use personal connections to help me get the right auto loan. He was very kind to me as well, going out of his way to make sure i was in good hands. Jason also had the car completely detailed so it felt like I was driving the used Cadillac off the lot like it just came off the assembly line.
While the car was being detailed, inspected, oil change and waiting on the bank to respond with the auto loan; Jason and Nico gave me a loaner car to use to go to and from work and other errands. I look forward to doing more business with Nico and Jason in the future, they both know what they are doing, know what they are talking about and keep the customers best interest in mind and I definitely felt like i was in good hands!

Mike R. the sales rep was awesome and took the time to explain the process. He was attentive to the sale and answered all questions. Aaron O. the sales manager was also great to work with and he ensured you were satisfied with the deal before leaving. The deal with Dave in finance was great as well and he explained things to where you could understand, especially the warranties. Would definitely do business again with Kunes Ford. The experience was great and very nice people to work with.
