The coffee is great, however, the processing element is slow. My teacher placed his order on Friday and paid extra for 2-day shipping. It is now Wednesday and we still have no coffee. My teacher called and brought this issue, in a very respectful way, to this company's attention and he received a quite rude response. He orders coffee every 2 weeks- he is a very loyal customer. Because of this, you would think he would receive nicer feedback.
