Has some nice stuff, but, make sure you have good credit or are willing to sell off one of your kids. The prices are insane, I do not care what they say about quality etc., you cannot justify those prices

Unbelievable customer service! Thank-You Lazy Boy and Robert. Two years ago I purchased a sofa and love seat from Lazy Boy in Kitchener. Upon delivery both pieces were damaged so were taken away and replaced. Over the two years I had issues with the fabric. It pilled terrible. Recently I noticed a hole in the fabric. I contacted the store where I purchased the set and spoke with the salesperson Robert who had originally helped me two years ago. Again he was more than helpful and congenial. He recommended I contact Elizabeth Viera who is there Customer Care manager. That very day I spoke with her and told her my misfortunes with the sofa and loveseat and sent her pictures Within 24 hrs I received an e-mail telling me to go in to the store and pick out two Brand New pieces of furniture which I did. Once again Robert helped us with our choices. He again was very helpful and congenial.
While there we also purchased a new chair and probably going to select new tables and lamps to match our new sofa and loveseat. You can't go wrong with service like that. Thanks again LazyBoy and Robert and Elizabeth.
Furniture is good quality, lots of fabric choices. Showroom offers lots of items to try. Our salesperson was a bit rough around the edges and borderline rude. Design staff was delightful. Refundable custom room design option was great!
They did a great job! The salesman, I can t remember his name unfortunately was awesome! He noticed I was an engineer and sold to me technically about the specs of the product which I always appreciate. I want to understand why it s actually better. Not just because they say it is. The product is amazing, we got a couch with console and a chair. They are amazing. My back feels good after sitting in it with all the support, and it s very comfortable. I also think it brought the raptors luck when I watched the playoffs in it and we won the title!! Haha, either way, it s more expensive then a generic products out there but worth the extra money for the quality.
My wife and I purchased two new La-Z-Boy recliners yesterday, and we are thankful to the staff for making that time a pleasant experience.
There furniture was very large expensive. Even with there sale i was left with $5000 sectionals.
Hart was very helpful and listened to our needs carefully and was able to find something suitable. He knew his products and how to treat customers.
Just bought a chair from Robert and Leanne. We were returning a warrenty issue chair from November 2018 that didn't wear so well but both Robert and Leanne looked after me and my wife and got us in and out nice and quick. Looking forward to our new chair in a few months.
Bought an $800 chair. Wait a week, go pick it up box is already open, figured they checked it out . Get it home wrong color . Call the store, they told me they would see what they could do for me . Never called back

I had a good experience at the Kitchener LA-Z-BOY store. The sales rep Hart Hayden was friendly and helpful without being pushy. I bought the chair I liked with a good discount, and they wrapped it so I could put it in the truck and take it home the same day, so I could avoid a delivery charge.

We visited LaZBoy twice before making our purchase, and were pleased with both of the experiences. The sales staff were attentive on our arrival and very helpful. Robert Chambers was patient and accomodating while we made our furniture model and fabric choices. He offered helpful suggestions and answered all of our questions.
Bought a couch and an ottoman a few years ago. The quality is top notch. The prices are a bit high but it's worth it in my opinion.

We had great customer service as the ladies came out to the house and gave us great suggestions in the show room for what we should purchase. The service however stopped once we paid our bill and had a very long wait until our furniture came. It took more like 12 weeks when they said it should be max 8. No one followed up with us to keep us in the loop. We attempted to change the size of the area rug that we ordered but were unable so they said. That was disappointing when we spent 9 thousand dollars on furniture. We thought we would get a bit better customer service. Then one of the couches showed up broken. It took weeks to get a technician out to diagnose it and then two more weeks for him to bring the part and actually fix it. In total I had to be home 3 days from work for all of these lazy boy deliveries and technicians.
Excellent products and variety of styles. Prices seemed competitive. Really appreciated the help from Arthur and Hart during our four visits to settle on the piece we chose. And it was in stock so delivery is within a week (your mileage may vary). Would recommend to friends.

As for the chair I purchased, I ve had it over a month and it is honestly the most comfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned.
My chair even arrived a week earlier then expected.
Will most definitely consider shopping here again when we re ready for our next furniture upgrade.
Over priced generic stuff. Can pretty much go anywhere and get the same things at half the price. 1000 dollar mark up for it being at la-z-boy. That being said the staff seemed nice and relaxed and not overly pushy. If I seen something there I couldn't get anywhere else I would buy from them.
The service is fine, maybe a bit pushy but I'm sure that's a factor of how they lay their employees. Lazy boy is a well known name for quality but I'm not sure that's it is the case anymore. They still do have a large selection of chairs and couches mad for comfort though.

Delivery was also great, the gentlemen were courteous and placed our purchase exactly where we wanted..and took all debris away..

Don't purchase from Lazy Boy! We bought a high end reclining leather love seat and sofa several years ago. We also purchased an extended warranty as we have dogs and were concerned how well the material would hold up. Fast forward and we find ourselves with oversized paper weights. The material is breaking down on the head rests which is the least utilized areas and Lazy boys warranty only covers cuts made from sharp objects and not the garbage craftsmanship. They Wont get my money ever again.
Would definitely not recommend shopping here. Both our salesman and the manager lied (I am not going to mince words) to us about the delivery date. It took over a month for a chair that was supposedly in stock. We could order a car and get it faster. The delivery process was professional and well done.
It didn't take very long for my husband and I to be fitted for our personalized recliners. Andrew, a most professional consultant, directed us to find our most comfortable fit.
My husband has Parkinson"s Disease and although he's doing fine now, Andrew understood his future needs and graceflly guided us to better choices for the future.
He helped us find a pull-out couch that was a good match with our recliners and suitable fabrics. Choices for pet-friendly fabric were numerous.
We are so looking forward to enjoying our new furniture in our new home.

Terrible customer service. They force you to pay $99 for delivery because there is "no room" in their warehouse to store furniture for locals to pick up. The other option is to drive to Toronto to pick it up yourself. On top of the already inflated prices, the only way to get cheaper shipping, and trust me when I say I had to argue tooth and nail to even get that, is to purchase their 7-year warranty... because the two are completely related. Nevertheless, I cancelled my order and went to Smitty's just down the road which has equal quality furniture, better prices, and WAY better customer service.

I found a few recliners that I was interested in and he helped me choose the right one for me. He demoed the operations, showed me the construction, and made the purchase process enjoyable. I attended London La-Z-Boy Friends and Family Event this weekend. I met my favourite salesman Robert Chambers from the Kitchener store and as usual he was most helpful with my purchase. This is the third time I have been dealt with him. He is a pleasure to deal with. His manner is most pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

We bought 4 pieces of furniture from this store less than 2 years ago. The furniture is used less the 40 weekends a year and is already failing. Service Dept has been less than helpful and simply reminds us that the furniture is almost 2 years old. Very unhappy with their level of service.
Great experience. High quality furniture at good prices. Our first LaZBoy chair lasted 20 years, so I came back and got another. Jeannie was great - had some good suggestions and got us a great deal!
We only went in to look at couches! We were served by Barbara, who showed us quite a number until we fell in love with one with a remote and total control of how we sit. She helped us understand how the controls worked and then discussed in detail the 7 year furniture protection plan. Thanks Barbara for not being pushy because we would not have bought it if you had pressured us.
My furniture quest had been a long and frustrating one until I went to the KW location and met Anita Baur.
She listened to my needs and wants and directed me to several styles. She then suggested that I not buy anything but instead wait for a new model to arrive. She felt that it would be a good fit and would call.
How right she was! The frustration of the search was finally over!
I appreciate the time that she took, her professionalism and how well she knew her product lines. She didn't try to up sell or pressure me to order.
I am excited to know that my new furniture is on its' way and I look forward to going back.

An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The salesperson who dealt with us was great. No pressure and no hovering...but close enough evwrytime we had a question. He did a great job of explaining all the details and the functionality of the recliners.
We were advised 6-8 weeks for delivery and then recieved an email letting us know they were ready and we could call to set up delivery. We weren't ready for them yet as we were finishing our basement. They had no problem holding them until we were ready.
On delivery day the men were punctual and friendly. They put the couches I'm the basement, set them up and tested all the recliners to make sure the feet were able to raise effortlessly with our particular carpet.
We are thrilled with our sofas and our experience with La-Z-Boy.
The only problem is keeping hubby awake for a whole movie...he's so comfortable he usually falls asleep instantly.
