I have been a satisfied customer for many years. Unfortunately, the signage away from the motorway leaves a lot to be desired.
2015 Partly very bad signposted, otherwise it is a good ferry port.
From Venice to Igoumenitsa and back. Good service. Good beds. Much delay - more than 3 hours on the outward journey. About 2 hours on the way back.
This year we drove with Anek Olympic Champion and Hellemic Spirit. Camping on board.
Everything was great. In time. Food very good.
Also very clean.

The staff mostly very friendly, but on both trips several hours late. The travelers were not informed.
Attention to food I almost let my last breath on the mushroom ship otherwise well.
Everything is available what you need to travel. You should have enough cash with you to eat etc .. WLAN must be booked separately! i.e.: preload films. . Cabin in order and warm shower.

Staff at the entrance kind and helpful, no queuing. inside, the path to follow is very intuitive. A little less intuitive, on the other hand, is arriving from the highway towards the terminal since in some places the signage was missing, but it is precisely in this case that Google Maps is useful. Getting back on the highway is easier
I really had a bad experience with bedbugs... for one week I was scratching myself. The boats are kind of old with only one bar, and the tables and chairs are really the worse to spend so many hours in the sea
The ferry is great. The restaurant is great, drivers pay for services 50 percent cheaper. They have their own sleeping cabin and bathroom. They are great !!!
Personnel when disembarking completely impossible, believe that every driver is an idiot and cannot drive a car. They roar, reach into the steering wheel, tilt the mirror in. Driving experience with all types of vehicles and trailers has been around for 40 years, so anything but novice drivers.
The crossing and service on board was very nice and relaxed.

I love ANEK Lines! the service is always great! The staff very nice and helpful, but to the ship (Venice / Italy), the journey is a nightmare! Hardly signposted and check in is adventurous. I have to say: this is more due to the Italian clearance!
No toilet on parking lot , the ship is late more that 4h disaster. The mosquito drank the blood of the people
I had the worst service in my life,they didnt let me pay with card,i didnt had cash on me and the bank machine was really far.also the map in this area is really hard so imagine if you go in the night for a first time with this service what happened ..

unlike the line managed by Minoan with which I traveled in the past and which left me twice in Ancona instead of in Venice.

Unfortunately, the port is not in Venice but a good distance outside of the city and has no bus station. So it is not easy to get there as a pedestrian, especially if you don't speak Italian and are dependent on the buses. Ship itself is okay, the stay rooms are very nice, the food so-so, and the staff friendly. Negative is the deck passage sleeping room, with the prices you can at least expect that the room is well-kept and clean.
They are not the best, as the Greeks take money, do nothing, pay for food with a 50% discount in the hall, a cabin for the custom during the holiday season. I get a shared cabin

This leads to a negative SR car park and among others it is not up to standard all dirt full of potholes and mud when it rains

This is a much better ferry than the Minoen line. Newer and cleaner. Having said that, the 'loaders' still shout and scream and wave their arms at the car drivers instead of communicating where exactly they want the vehicles to be!

Apsterion 2 is the newest ship we went to. The cabin is in very good shape. I am once again positively surprised.
Very bad directions despite Navi no way what to eat and drink except for a couple of overpriced schnaks machines the ferries are mostly several hours late.
Cruise Europa = Ex-Pallas Cruise Ferry between Italy and Greece. Today still clean but with a lot of damages on seats, floor, cabins waiting to be repaired.. For how long??
Everything went well with the check-in and the ferry. The prices on the ferry for breakfast or other things are almost street robbery. The value of my breakfast was maybe 4 and they charged 35.20 . That won't happen to me again. Everything will be taken away in the future (when there is a next time)
A clarification for the Patras Venice line that should be mentioned in the ANEK brochure. Arrival time in Venice 07:00 local time refers to the entrance of Laguna Venezia about 8 nautical miles before the pier.
The time you really get out of the catapult is 08:30 always local time. However, if you are not a professional, prefer to travel with the Olympic Champion
