We had great customer service as the ladies came out to the house and gave us great suggestions in the show room for what we should purchase. The service however stopped once we paid our bill and had a very long wait until our furniture came. It took more like 12 weeks when they said it should be max 8. No one followed up with us to keep us in the loop. We attempted to change the size of the area rug that we ordered but were unable so they said. That was disappointing when we spent 9 thousand dollars on furniture. We thought we would get a bit better customer service. Then one of the couches showed up broken. It took weeks to get a technician out to diagnose it and then two more weeks for him to bring the part and actually fix it. In total I had to be home 3 days from work for all of these lazy boy deliveries and technicians.
