It's a nice shop but I'm sorry to say it but the people who are in charge of the people who take the escalator are really rude and unpleasant, instead of attracting people it makes them run away, unlike the very kind and friendly orders, at least I speak personally of the MAC.

Great offer of top brands, too bad the Rinascente direct staff, more and more busy discussing between themselves about shifts and rights which do not do their job by making themselves welcoming to customers. They can thank foreigners who buy otherwise they would already be at home ....

The top floor is dedicated to food, the wine shop, the various restaurants and bars with the spectacular view of the Duomo.

I returned to this mall after about 3 years and I noticed that the type of brands offered has clearly moved towards high fashion brands, thus eliminating medium-high-end brands.
It certainly remains a beautiful mall, but of people who buy now I have certainly seen less! Wrong choice ?!

Luxury brands in the middle of Milan, next to the Duomo.

My friend of over 60, English lady, was stopped by security after an alarm was set off by her.
They treated her miserably, she cannot speak Italian. Obviously nothing abnormal was found in her bag. They detained her with no reason and made her feel miserable.
After more insulting behaviour by security staff , she was told to leave.
Her husband who was attending the international respiratory conference found her in tears at there hotel.
No apologies were offered.

The selection and shopping experience are much better than the shops outside.

Top floor to visit and stop for a breakfast or snack. Excellent macarones and small pastries. Also well stocked bar and friendly staff.

Many original things, prices adapted to the quality, therefore often not accessible ... But the Rinascente is the Rinascente! ;)
