We went to La Mamounia for Sunday Brunch. Although very expensive, the food was excellent and the service attentive and friendly. Nonetheless we had a hard time finding the venue as we were pointed in the directing but none of the team members decided to guide us to the restaurant which is something I would have expected to be standard at a hotel like this...

You can t go wrong at la Mamounia Hotel. Spoil yourself in marrakech s Great atmosphere. Has an amazing luxury service, amazing pool and is steps away from the Souq. Plus one of the best lobby ambience and fragrance Dattes I have smelled.

Rating is solely for the season pass we purchased which included a massage, full access to all facilities and lunch at the pavilion.
Aesthetically speaking, the hotel is beyond beautiful. We were so amazed by the gorgeous decor and the whole staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. It was a pleasant experience.

The biggest let down was the massage and food. The massage was actually a body rub instead of an actual massage. Afterwards we still felt tight in our backs. The food didn t taste too fresh and meat was dry.

However, still 4 stars because it was a relaxing day, the staff was amazing, and it was a paradise compared to the hustle and bustle of the city.

They have to improve their customer service policies. People are good but managment policy is lacking warmth.

A friend said I should check it out. I am well dressed and respectful and usually people extend me every courtesy. When I arrived, they would not let me take my Boss shopping bag with me inside. They would not serve lunch after 3 pm. They would not let me take pictures of a statue inside.

The staff in the garden was nice, but the menu is limited: burger, hot dog, and quesadilla. 3 items ! Nothing local? I paid 52 dollars for two cups of Moroccan tea ( had better ) , three dip spread( the size you get for free usually) and spring rolls ( smaller than the regular chinese variety.

The hotel is not well lit. You squint to see the ceilings, but it looks dusty and may need maintenance. They have a nice garden I will give them that. I chose not to stay there and left to the Sofitel. The Sofitel upgraded me to a suite without asking. Everyone is super nice and they have an amazing lounge with live music.

We came in to have a drink at the bar. Very poor service, we waited 30 minutes for the waiter to come and take our order. They told us to wait 3 times when we called them. We had to leave for dinner reservations, so we didn't even have a drink.

Standard Moroccan luxury hotel but nothing special compared to others. Found the service to be a bit lacking for the price. In fact the doormen were quite brash, as if they didn't believe we stayed at the hotel. I can perhaps understand one time but 3-4 times per day with the same doormen is totally ridiculous. C'mon man. Weirdly they also confiscated our snacks, which I assume they wanted to eat or something.

The rooms are nice and the garden and grounds are lovely. The staff are attentive and polite. But the food in the hotel is not of a high standard at all, we ate in three restaurants and the food whilst wildly overpriced is not very nice, More

Very nice, well-kept 5 star hotel. The wonderfully landscaped garden is always there for relaxation.

The food in the restaurant and the very well trained (etiquette) staff are very courteous and can therefore only be recommended.

For those in love with detail, just the right thing. Decorations and other luxurious little things that make this hotel very big.

Keep it up and thank you very much!

Historic hotel with a great swimming pool, very cosy lounge area and very nice gardens for a small walk. The garden bar is very nice for a relaxing drink upon sunset. Buffet food by the swimming pool is also nice. The rooms though are a bit small and gloomy cause of lack of big Windows

Went here for drinks and ice cream after a day of camel riding ad it was great. Pricey so if that bothers you stay away cuz it will ruin the experience but if it doesn't then the service, quality, ambiance, and decor can't be beat

Very nice hotel with beautiful decor. The service in the bar is miserable. 20 'until the card was brought and another 20' until we could order. The same with payment. Luckily the cocktails were first class!

5+ marakesh style hotel. Low floors, long corridors. Rooms are nice size, separate toilet room from shower room. Mini bar in room. A/c is good. Every evening jazz band next to bar where you can smoke. . Second bar with cigar smoking. Pool is not deep, sweet water, srvice all around pool.
Very nice gardens around for wellnes.

Beautiful hotel, nice people but very very pricy. Also one has to be very careful not to be taken for a ride! They have dress code for unlikely places, very inconvenient to say the least. Don't know when to relax or be stiff! At 30 deg C 3pm dressy shorts not acceptable in a number of places indoors and outdoors!!! First time for me here, of course my last.

Unique experience! The Italian restaurante offers great quality food, it was all delicious. The spa was also great, masseuse really knew what she was doing. Indoor pool is very calm, perfect for relaxing after the massage while drinking Moroccan min tea.
