The best hotel in Marrakech. The restaurant is not as special as the food. Very nice garden for coffee or tea.

Visited for cocktails in the evening. The place looks and smelt gorgeous. Gardens were also beautiful. A very relaxing way to spend an evening.

I went there for a drink. 33 the glass of champagne or 19 the simple cocktail. You must know it. The garden of the hotel is beautiful. There is enough staff for the service but despite that, we waited 15 minutes after our drinks and a raise with the server to have pastries yet ordered at the same time.
It seems that it is to be done. I would have refrained

Terrible experience where we were fraudulently charged for an extra room by the hotel because of a mistake made by the reception agent. Beware of such incidents! The hotel management has no qualms or worries in charging their customers fraudulently to cover up the mistakes of their employees. It is a pity to have such a terrible management at a legendary property. They have not replied to my mails despite following up for months.

Yesterday the 23rd of July I went to the reception for information, I wanted to know if they have access to the pool and a girl who works at the reception she spoke to me from above, she left me in the middle of the conversation and she left, I went to inform me nicely but apparently I came across a cone that has no professionalism in his work / I went to 21h

Excellent hotel that lives up to its reputation. Rooms very well decorated, spacious and clean with numerous amenities. The food is of high quality both in the buffet and in the restaurants. Impeccable service, highly recommended.

The Mamounia is the dream hotel, that place where you would like to lose yourself to enjoy to the fullest all the pleasures of life. Sumptuous, opulent, sensual ... Having a drink in your garden is a sensory experience. Magnificent pool and spectacular rooms. Impressive the entrance and the gardens. Crazy.

Very expensive but conjures an image of colonial era grandiosity. Just check your bank balance before ordering a cocktail

The price-performance ratio is mediocre. The restaurants are expensive and not great. It's disappointing. The idea that we have is better than the reality.

Eating in "La Marocain" in the La Mamounia Hotel:
The hotel is representative, you are greeted in a friendly manner. The garden is particularly beautiful, really impressive.

The experience in the restaurant was very disappointing for the price level:
- Orders were taken but not brought
- the food for the courses came at different times (partly from other restaurants)
- Drinks were not refilled with empty glasses
- if the invoice was complained, no reimbursement of the incorrectly calculated price was offered; instead the overcharged bottle of water (price: EUR 30!) was offered "to take away" when leaving the restaurant. We declined with thanks.
- The food was basically okay, but not top class either.

Conclusion: if you want to see the garden or the hotel, take a drink. You can eat better elsewhere.

The hotel is beautiful, the gardens are amazing. The cocktails are excellent. It's expensive but of course it's like that. It was a quiet moment and I'm waiting next time! But do not touch the turtles, they are shy.

Hotel with a magnificent setting, a quality welcome up to its reputation.
Let yourself be lost in its magnificent garden with stunning scents to finish with a snack on the terrace.

The most beautiful place in Marrakech. Historic hotel (orwell and churchill stayed there). Treat yourself to an aperitif or a delicious mint tea in the beautiful garden

Words are not good enough! I would love to stay a night here as we have only eaten in one of their restaurants which surpassed our expectations. A stunningly wonderful place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere

We really enjoyed our drinks here. Perhaps the best Manhattan I've had. It is very extrict specially with none guests. But also felt like a big mall. Stop by for dinner, drinks or lunch... but don't expect to be allowed to take pics.

We hit the cage and drank something. The welcome service was fine. The garden is great. It is expensive to stay but I recommend you to drink something and see the garden. Cappucino is 70 dirhams, about 7 eur.
