If you want to be treated like a star and feel like a king (or queen) this is the perfect place! It's like an oasis in the center of Marrakesh! (Unsurprisingly its not cheap!)

Incredibly beautiful and elegant place that's takes you back to the days of when Winston Churchill stayed here. Stunningly beautiful both inside and outside. The grounds are immaculately kept, however. After over 20 minutes of sitting outside at the terrace restaurant, we were ignored so gave up on getting served and went elsewhere for lunch.

The qualifier of the best hotel in the world is deserved, something simply spectacular, I was in a suite, and all qualifying is little, a 10/10, I have not been in a better hotel

All fabulous. From decoration to food. Cordial and correct staff. We ate at a Moroccan restaurant and we left very happy. All right, it's ten out of ten!

Beautiful Oasis in Marrakesh. The elegance is down to the details of the ceilings, incredible building and gardens. Much better than YSL gardens.

5* hotel in very good location. Safety and security is upto standard. Very quite area for peaceful holidays. Short distance to Jama el fana menara Mall and other places.

We went for lunch haute couture service, mediocre food at the Italian restaurant, for a super salty addition, no way to try again ... despite everything, beautiful place. Pity !!! We will come back for a cocktail not for food ...

I went for a visit because of the name of the Hotel and had to have a look around. It is fabulous and so well done. The gardens are lovely and I found visiting at night very peaceful and quiet.

They do allow members of the public to wander in during daylight hours but restrict it to guests after 6pm.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. If I find myself back in Marrakech I d love to stay here though it is a little pricey but you do get what you pay for.

It is the most spectacular hotel I have ever known. Its rooms, attention, facilities, Arabic decor. All perfect.

I stayed here several times. Impeccable service, fantastic food, beautiful architecture and the best thing are the private gardens that invite for a stroll.

Absolutely beautiful place whether inside or outside. A real pleasure to enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the garden, orange and olive trees.

By chance we met this wonderful hotel. At the entrance, a solution for our bikes was quickly found. The small backpacks were taken from us. We passed a security check. Before entering the hotel, walk through small boutiques and over a beautiful courtyard. We were welcomed very friendly. The lobby is great. Passing by a bar, where live music is played in the evening, you reach the terrace. From there you can walk through the garden. Very quiet and pleasant. The pool was barely visible to non-guests. The dress code should be observed - otherwise you stay outside: gentlemen only with long pants and sturdy shoes. There were cocktails for around 19 euros - we can not rate. It was a little paradise on our city tour and really worth a visit.

Best hotel you can find. Even for those who don't wish to stay there they can enjoy the restaurants and the other common places ,but you need to make reservation before you go cause sometimes it's full and they have no available tables...

Nice experience, too expensive for what hou get but still special!

This hotel was voted best hotel in the world in 2018 and indeed looks more than impressive. We did not stay here but we did have lunch in one of the 4 restaurants, 2 of which have a Michelin star. We sat outside at the "pavilion de la piscine". The prices are super expensive. Then think of 75 euros per person for the buffet and a bottle of wine for a minimum of 65 euros. You do get top quality and a top location in return.

Great place to stay with a combination of modern and traditional Moroccan look

I love this place because it is a good hotel to concentrate with a good Moroccan landscape, and it organizes traditional Moroccan weddings but despite the blow and very expensive you can drink the original Moroccan tea with mint and thank you.

Short break outside time. Because even the garden is fabulous to see! The entrance is free (secure and kept correct), but a short break for a cocktail to savor the calm of the garden, the impeccable architecture and the beauty of the plants. It's really something to see!

The most luxurious hotel in Marrakech. From 11 am you can visit it, along with the beautiful garden at the back.

The hotel or one of the most expensive and beautiful hotels in Africa, a dream come true, and if you can not afford it, it is normal to eat something in your bar, even if it is at the price of elegance and elegance.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with an amazing garden, wonderful restaurants, and so much to explore. The grounds are filled with beautiful fountains, walls, rooms, doors, and designs. They have multiple restaurants that are all very good, much the Moroccan restaurant was our favorite, with multiple tangine dishes. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant during our stay, and the room was beautiful and clean. We were a short walk from the Medina, making going back and forth very easy. They also set us up with a guide to help navigate and find some stores we wanted to see in the souks. We had an excellent time here and would absolutely come back!

Relaxing atmosphere, lovely open pool, impeccable service, excellent food+wine (try the Moroccan restaurant in the hotel), unforgettable architecture...a place to fall in love with...

My husband, my two children (over 20 years old) and I wanted to go in to see the hotel, the gardens and have a drink and they told us at the entrance that if we weren't staying there we couldn't enter. It was a shame but we couldn't see it.

Lovely gardens. A sanctuary among the bustling streets of Marrakech. Mint tea in the small cafe towards the bottom of the garden was a delight.

Luxury, calm and voluptuousness ... adorable service .... even for a delicious Pierre Herme ice cream ...

Very nice hotel. Room was lovely. Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, overlooking the pool, lots of choice.

Unique experience! The Italian restaurante offers great quality food, it was all delicious. The spa was also great, masseuse really knew what she was doing. Indoor pool is very calm, perfect for relaxing after the massage while drinking Moroccan min tea.

The setting is beautiful, the service is however quite deplorable.
