Exceptionally beautiful place however the breakfast is very disappointing considering the price. MAD 820 for a continental breakfast that has nothing special. MAD 140 for a mint tea. Prices are not always justified.

To be honest - this hotel comes with a lot of hype and the real question is whether that hype is real or just fabricated because of its history and seeming opulence in the general realm of hotels. In my opinion - this was all hype and not worth the stay. However in full disclosure, my opinion is based on several factors intrinsic to what we wanted to do at the hotel . In other words why we decided to pay a higher price to stay at the hotel for one night when there are so many amazing options inside the Medina . Because of the reviews of the hotel and more importantly it's standing in social media- we decided that staying here would allow us the opportunity to take some wonderful pictures of the hotel itself. In other words, we decided to treat the hotel, beautiful as it may be, as sort of a museum or famous historical landmark. To our disappointment we were not allowed to take any pictures. When asked why they could not give us a reason and said only for magazines (we were allowed to take pictures with our phones however). We just regular people . This and some other things made us feel that even when we paid to stay here, we were not welcome to even take pictures and treated more like trespassers as opposed to valued guests. That really bothered me. Yes the service is good - yes the interior is beautiful- yes it's historic- but what good is all that if you don't feel welcomed . We were not asking for a lot - just to spend the day there as a "fancy escape" from real life. I guess the most disappointing thing is the realization that the hotel is catered to such a high quality of clients and guests that it didn't matter to them either way. And I don't believe that affects them either, due in part to all the reasons mentioned above. It seemed like class division at its finest - all in part to the simple ability to take photos in the Grand Salon. Won't ever try to stay here again- even if I became a billionaire tomorrow.

The Sunday brunch at La Mamounia left us with lasting memories, a gourmet and gourmet buffet with a festival of succulent dishes perfectly presented. Sweet and salty, hot and cold ... sublimated local flavors are on the menu with superb mixed salads, scented tagines, pastries, seafood ... Brunch is served at the pavilion by the outdoor swimming pool, a magnificent setting, lush gardens ... In short, we dream of going back!

The hotel is like an oasis in the city. The design of the garden and the interior of the hotel are fantastic. The staff was very professional and friendly. Of course, all this has a higher price. However, the prices are comparable to other luxury hotels and therefore appropriate.

It's certainly luxurious, to the highest degree, but it doesn't give an authentic Morrocan experience. It caters to the wealthy businessman, and probably does that very well. The buildings and interiors are very opulent and the grounds are stunning. I just feel they have pushed it too far. The large casino in the grounds is evidence of this, and make it feel a bit tacky and far removed from the real Morroco.

If traveling to Marrakech this your best place to take your family photos. This was or is a Royal Palace with important history and main stay of Wiston Churchill himself and one of the reason you will find a nice Bar inside bearing his name.There I include what I paid and her ready to pay hight price a glass of wine is over 35 $ depending on your fine taste,but I worth the ticket to espectacular photo and you do not have to consume somewhere else at a better price.

We did not stay in this hotel we prefer a more quiet riad but it is a must in marrakesh. There is a free tour from Monday to Friday in the mornings at a time that does not bother those who stay. You will live in another time and you will recognize corners that appeared in some movies. Essential

I love this hotel for its location, its class, its cleanliness and the size of its rooms. It smells great and they are all super friendly. The rooms are large and spacious. In general, they sin of having little lighting, but during the day there is so much clarity that you do not notice it missing. There are restaurants of all kinds and good value for money. The breakfasts are very good, although for me, it is not the best I have had in Marrakech. It has a heated swimming pool with Swarovski crystals. The pool service includes a towel and a bottle of water. There is service in hammocks to be able to eat something. The noon buffet is very good. If you stay in any of the Villas, you have a private pool and service.
The gardens are impressive. Without a doubt, one of the best options to stay in Marrakech.
