Library with catering service ... Courteous and helpful staff

There should have been more places like this in Messina. Cozy and always available. A bookstore that offers its own spaces to make students study almost almost, not even the university. Chapeau !!! Among other things, you can take a lunch break or an aperitif in a truly relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Useful for short business meetings, coffee breaks, presentation of books and video projections for meetings and exchange of ideas. I always recommend booking! Well done, 5 star deserved!

The place is easily found, well stocked with books of various genres, less stocked with comics and this is truly a great shame.
In addition, the comic section is not easily found, since there is no warning sign indicating their presence.
The staff becomes easily impatient when a customer asks for more than once.

La Feltrinelli, located in the city center, looks like a library with a welcoming atmosphere thanks to its warm-colored layout, all managed by a friendly and nice staff! Although concentrated, you can often find what you need: from books, to CDs, to stationery, etc. Moreover, inside, you can take advantage of the bistro area, offering a varied supply, from the coffee maker to the aperitifs, all of excellent quality. What about the service? Obviously it is excellent and the bartenders are professional, friendly, easy-going and very clean, also keeping us very close to the relationship with the customers, and also for this it is a pleasure to sip a coffee at the counter. Another positive note of this library: there is the study area both internal and in a small garden, perfect for studying!

It's not bad at all like environment. There are also good presentations. The bar area is also welcoming. The flaw is that they do not pay invoices (we removed one of us from Smasher in November 2018 ... June 2019 still outstanding). Sin! Because it is a well-stocked library, a space for reading, meeting and cultural connections. They should also improve communications: they rarely respond to emails. Days pass and then suddenly vague answers. If these two aspects improved, everything would be excellent.

I love this bookshop because it has a cute location and they often do interesting things. You can even study and drink hot tea. Staff of the bistrot very kind and considerate. The only flaw is that it closes early. And they do not do the evenings anymore ...
