No working customer service numbers that I can find, cannot get any answers, Even if I couldn't get a car from anyone else , I would not use this company!!! Beware even when my niece could contact them they were rude and could not answer any questions, except for I do not know!!any one know a working number would be great appreciated

These people are crooks, I have been paying on my car for years with this company. If my payment was even a few day late they would turn my car off and typically I would just pay it and they would turn it back on. Last month they sold my account over to someone else and send me a letter and notified my of this change. I has a pay agreement made with this company (mind you ionlt have about $1500 left to pay on the car out of about &9000). These people had my car towed for being late on my payment! I told them that I had a payment arrangement with the new company that handles my account. The lady was rude and cold and told me that Ace Motor Baugh back the loan! I asked why I wasn t notified by mail they responded oh it because we got it back on the 9th and it s only the 11th!!!!!!!! So your telling me u couldn t even give me notice that you where not going to honor the last companies payment agreement ? And why wouldn t u have just if turned it off like u have before. Why wait until I m about to pay the car off to pull a repo? And of course refused to let me speak to management. But that is okay because the better business bureau will be contacted

My fiance's grandfather bought a car from this loc...

My fiance's grandfather bought a car from this location this past April 19th. He never registered the car in his own name and gave the car to us as a pre-wedding present. We tried going to the DMV today to register the car in my fiances name and renew the tags, they said they are unable to do so because of missing items. They need a ("REFERRAL (DMV) - REFERRED TO => Dealership") it says to contact the dealership from which you purchased/leased your vehicle. My fiances grandfather is 90 years old in a home and cannot deal with this right now. We live in FL and have been trying to find a good phone number to have this proof/confirmation faxed over to us to show the DMV. It shows that Teneisha Ambrose Plummer sold the car to Clarence Noah Gibbs. I have all the information, Vin #, the title, etc right here. Please help!

I absolutely can not trust this company. The reps are totally unprofessional and seem to lack knowledge of their jobs. This is the second time they have taken double payments from me and overdraft my account then told me I had to wait 5 days to get it back. This left me responsible for overdrafts and a overdrawn account. I also get annoying calls before my bill is even late and I'm always on time for my payment.

I called today to make a payment on my car, the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. Yes, I did get rude back, but when you call a place and ask questions about a payment, and then there is an issue, so you ask about it and he rudely replies what do you want me to do about it. Excuse me..Horrible customer service horrible. I can not wait till I don't have to deal with them anymore.

A good review. He is extremely professional and very helpful. I have spoke with him several times , and each time is pleasant and professional . My original review was done on past calls that were very unprofessional so I can not give all the representatives all good reviews, as well as this company.

No reporting my payments to the credit bureaus ? How im supposed to build credit? 29% interest in the loan and you dont report it?. I bet if i dont pay it will be reported right away.. thats why they approved you so easily. At least report it , so people build credit and dont have to be paying this high interest. Mean people in customer service and as a company are the most abusive people around. You guys take advantage of people, and when we ask for an extension NO is your favorite answer and hung up on people. Im not the only saying it. Some policies needs to change and tge employees need to be more helpful with customers, doesn it chassite?

They was rude and over charged me for my vehicle. I signed up to pay $14000 through a 3rd party but when Ace Motor took my contract over bc they ended their contract with the 3rd party Ace Motor charged me $24000 on a used 2004 Honda Accord. Then had the nerve to try and re-Poe my car at the end when I only owed $350. But ended up pay $900 to get it back. I will never buy from them again. I wish I could give the zero stars bc they don t deserve this one I had to give just to leave a review.

The absolute worst company in the existence of com...

The absolute worst company in the existence of companies. They have repeatedly cut my car off for being a couple of days late but claims to have a "7 day grace period". Every person I talked to had a bitchy attitude and would rather argue with you than fix the problem. As far as my car is concerned they can come pick the car up and do whatever because I will NOT be making anymore payments on it. Not to mention they cut my car off while I was 87 miles from home. They car may have gotten towed I don't know and don't care. When they find it they can deal with it. I wouldn't recommend this company to my absolute worst enemy. ACE SUUUUUUCKS and so do all of their employees.

I paid my car off in March and still haven't received my title. No one will get back with you. Chasidy said I needed to go file for a lost title that they have in their office. The manager Ms. Jordan does not return calls regarding this matter. I will be reporting this place to the BBB and any other authority I have to in order for me to get what's mine. And for all the other people they have done this too.

This company doesn't deserve a star but I cannot post without giving them one. Heed my warning. This is not an honorable company. The staff is uneducated and extremely unprofessional. Every time I have to call the phone lines are poor. The partners they work with are crooks. I was blatantly lied to with purchasing my first vehicle all for a sale. I'm currently in the process of getting refinanced with a reputable company but I want to forewarn anyone of the misfortune with having a loan through this company.

Ace Motor Acceptance stole payments from me and when I called to let them know a Stephani Simmons was extremely rude and told me it will take 3-5 business days to REVIEW (NOT REFUND) my account. It took them only 3-5 seconds to steal my money though. I asked her to let me speak to the person in charge and she told me the only person I'm speaking to is the voicemail and then she hung up on me.Now every time I try to contact her it will not go through so I assume she has blocked my number. I called the 704 number and was able to talk to a guy who barely speaked English. He was extremely rude too. I called again and another lady answered who thought the stuff was funny and ended up hanging up on me. Worst company ever!

I finally received a call the next day from a Ms. Jordan who started off with a impatient attitude, but ended being the most helpful of all. She explained to me what happened, the process of reversing their mistake, and when my money will be back in my account. THAT'S ALL I ASKED FOR IN THE BEGINNING. The first several employees that I spoke to made it seem like it was my fault and there is nothing that can be did about it. Instead of taking their time to calm me down and admit their mistake, they basically told me shut up and deal with it. They revealed their true colors during this episode and all in all I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND them to ANYONE. I will be doing reviews everywhere to get my message out. You cannot own a business that focuses on people, but then have bad customer service. What type of logic is that? Hate your job? GET A NEW ONE!!!!

Incompetent! What company would put an automatic starter deactivation device (that is required) with no over ride or system updates so everyday I get to talk to someone to get my car active when I have already made a payment... it's a trap to pay these people instead of the dealer and I am over dealing with this everyday!

I have no idea what this company does or who they are, but I don't have an account with them and they stole $500 off my debit card. I discovered this after checking my card statements 3 days later. I have never called or even heard of this company.I am a single parent and I have two young children to take care of I can't afford for anybody to be stealing money from me. I NEED ANSWERS AND MY MONEY BACK!!!

They are horrible. Truck broke down and was in a shop for almost a month. This ended up costing me $1214. The payment per month is $362. After they told me that they would defer the payments in the amount of the repair they then call me for a payment saying that they could only defer the payments for one month. Smh.

This company email me every week about no insurance I have never had a lapse in coverage . Really need to update your records better this has been going for about 6 month I'm sick of this company stop emailing me every week about the same thing I send the info to your company my insurance company send the same info over over and over and over again stop email me. I not response any more. Update records and stop hassling people

Need to get a working number, how is anyone suppose to get in contact with anyone if neither of the numbers don't work. I have been trying to reach someone for the past week in a half. What are we as customers suppose to do if we need something. There are no emails provided either. I need to talk to someone asap.
