Excellent service. I got in touch and promptly they sent me the budget (the most in account of the 5 that I contacted). As soon as I made the payment and sent the receipt, they gave me a deadline of four business days. On the scheduled day they sent me an email with a scanned copy and the tracking number of Sedex. The next day I received my copy at home, without any error and with great professional quality.

I am very satisfied! :) They were very efficient in responding to my emails, sent copies of the translations in pdf (which saves me the trouble of scanning the documents), the delivery of the originals was fast and the service was impeccable. For the quality of the service, I think the amount charged is very honest. I will certainly be looking for them in future occasions. I indicate with conviction.

We ask for a quote. The budget was made and a period of four working days was given for translations into German and Italian. So far excellent. We made the payment immediately. But it turns out that one day after the payment we were informed that the deadline would be extended SEVEN working days. We immediately ask for a refund and from Friday until now, no money in the account and respond to whatsapp only when they want. Being that we need to order the same service in some other company. A LAYOUT

The service was very fast and everything 100% online, because I'm not in Brazil. After the budget requested by the site I quickly received an email with the amount. I paid online and in 3 days I received all scanned translations by email. Great cost-benefit with excellent service. I recommend

The best sworn translation company in Rio. The cheapest budget of all translations in downtown Rio. Outstanding translation work. I was very well attended by the receptionist, service grade 10. She delivered the translation within the stipulated time when I went to deliver the document. Highly recommend to all. Note 10 and congratulations. Ah, it is close to Carioca metro station for those who go by metro.

My marriage certificate was totally wrong, with basic errors. The word was "within" and translated as "outside". It was so wrong that it made the document unfeasible in Brazil. The luck is that I analyzed the document and was able to do the translation better than them. It is not fair, as I paid dearly to waste time correcting and still receiving a document with error, 2 times! I do not indicate

I found Litero through Google and hired them to translate my school record into English. All service was done by WhatsApp. The price is very good, the delivery time is fast and the translation was very well done. The service was also very agile and cordial. I recommend 100%.

My experience with Litero was excellent. The budget came extremely quickly, on the same day. After payment, I received the translations in 3 working days. I had to ask for at least 3 translations and they all arrived on time and with excellent quality. I have already recommended the service to other people and so far everyone has had the same experience.

After receiving an appointment from a trusted friend, I asked Litero for the sworn translation (Portuguese-English) of several academic documents, including diploma, graduate and graduate school history, etc. Although the company offered one of the best prices on the market, in addition to the shortest delivery time, I was quite disappointed to receive the translations scanned by email: there were a lot of very basic errors in almost every document, ranging from the use of wrong terms, nonexistent or even completely distorted the sense of some passages in comparison with the original Portuguese version. After notifying Litero of the presence of multiple errors in the translations sent, they suggested that I myself point out these errors for the correction. What I hired, however - and I replied to the company - was a professional service of sworn translation, which presupposes the existence of careful reviews in order to avoid the presence of errors in the final versions of the translations. Litero inquired internally about what could be done about this case, and after about 3 days, I received by e-mail the fully revised translations for my approval. This time the standard of quality was different, and there was nothing wrong to be corrected. Despite the initial frustration and the time spent, I received quality work through Sedex and also its scanned versions via email. I suggest to Litero that they invest more in reviewers if they want to maintain a certain standard of quality.

My experience with the company was very unpleasant, I requested the translation of the transcript, diploma and certificate of completion of the course, as soon as they sent me the transcript, I detected more than 20 errors in the names of subjects, I had to do a thorough revision work, I found explicit errors such as: Macroeconomics translated to Macro economy and many other subject names that were translated literally without compatibility with international standards and even my course name was wrong in the documents. I sent an email reporting the incident and requested a review by another translator, promptly responded by saying that the document would be reviewed. Two days later I was sent new documents with the translator's reply saying that I had made the changes and corrected the mistakes, I went to check the other documents and already in the statement of completion of the course I came across almost an entire sentence that had not been translated, the the cut part made the sentence meaningless. I was very indignant and requested a refund of the amount. I was attended to and received the money back. You can't trust the translation, you have to check it carefully, taking the risk of only realizing mistakes when it's too late.

If you are reading this comment and you happen to be not Brazilian, and you are not used to the Brazilian system either, you coming from somewhere other than Brazil that is used to things and systems that work, here I leave a advice, don't waste your time Contacting this translation company. because her system and the quality of the service and the worst possible staff just don't give you any confidence and no attention at all.I waited days for a budget that never came. Don't waste your time looking for another one or you will get angry .
