Juliana Machado Review of Lítero Traduções

My experience with the company was very unpleasant, I requested the translation of the transcript, diploma and certificate of completion of the course, as soon as they sent me the transcript, I detected more than 20 errors in the names of subjects, I had to do a thorough revision work, I found explicit errors such as: Macroeconomics translated to Macro economy and many other subject names that were translated literally without compatibility with international standards and even my course name was wrong in the documents. I sent an email reporting the incident and requested a review by another translator, promptly responded by saying that the document would be reviewed. Two days later I was sent new documents with the translator's reply saying that I had made the changes and corrected the mistakes, I went to check the other documents and already in the statement of completion of the course I came across almost an entire sentence that had not been translated, the the cut part made the sentence meaningless. I was very indignant and requested a refund of the amount. I was attended to and received the money back. You can't trust the translation, you have to check it carefully, taking the risk of only realizing mistakes when it's too late.
